Once again the guys at RSI helped me with my Four Winns boat I had an overheating problem and they steered me in the right direction on how to fix it and also answered every question I had. My ancient boat's motor was not able to keep an idle in neutral. They were able to fix it and find an issue -- plus resolve it quickly. They permitted me to deliver the boat to the lot and notify them via email. Mike kept me updated all the while the boat was patiently waiting its turn in the queue. RSI performs outstanding work. They are fair, prompt, and attentive. They receive my highest possible rating and enthusiasm to recommend.

These guys are professional people. Every penny spent here is an investment spent right. They took me in last minute for a motor swap on my century 5000 and got it done in a day. Then went back and had my lower unit fluids and grease done and again quick service. I offered to pay for that but they said no. You guys have my business from here on out. I appreciate it all and because of you guys I’m back in the water. Thank you to everyone at RSI 10 stars.

We purchased a tritoon on consignment with Jeff at RSI. There were a few hiccups on the seller's part and having their documentation in order (not RSI's). This delayed the process, but Jeff was beyond helpful and responsive in dealing with it and being very up front. I would not hesitate to give them my business again in the future.

I needed the windshield on my 17.5 Alumacraft reseated. I dropped it off on a Monday, just a week or two before ice out. In other words, Matt had a full shop. In spite of this, and in spite of the fact that I wasn't bringing him a $1000 service job, he had my boat finished in 24 hours, for even less money that he originally quoted me! How can you beat that? Matt's an outstanding guy, and I'm a lifelong customer. Could not be happier with the service.

I brought my relic 2003 Glaston Volvo Penta to these guys after it sat for 6 LONG miserable weeks at another Boat repair shop.
These guys evaluated the the upper unit outdrive and repaired the whole Outdrive in less than 48 hours at the estimated price quote.
They saved what summer Fun was left on Lakes in Ottertail- I couldn't have been more pleased.
When the next issue arises; I will use them again as they easily earned my trust.....THANK YOU !!!

I needed a new lower unit on my boat. Brought it to a local place and they quoted me a ridiculous amount for the job. I found RSI on Google and brought my boat to them. Not only was the service outstanding, they saved me thousands of dollars. Once the work was done and I had my boat back they called me a few days later just to see how the boat was working. You cant find customer service like that these days! My boat runs like a top now. Like I said outstanding service, excellent customer service and very fair prices on parts and labor. I'd give them 10 stars if i could. I HIGHLY recommend RSI to

RSI went well above and beyond what any other customer experience I have had at a marine dealership is like. When I first called they said they were booked out until June, same thing I was hearing from other dealers, but they came highly recommended by the "Fish for life" organization out of Chanhassen. I explained my situation to them and they said to bring it in and they would look at it. This was a Monday, so I brought it in an hour later. I got a call less than 24 hours later on Tuesday that my boat was done and all fixed. This is huge as opener is 2 weeks away, when I got there Matt walked
