Purchased a boat from dans and salesman was knowledgeable (as one would expect) and along with Joe in service very helpful. Went in recently to buy some parts and ask some questions about some problems that had with some items that I got when I purchased the boat. Spoke to Dan himself at parts counter and he seemed to be dismissive and uninterested. Guess once boat is purchased and out the door that's what is important. So much for repeat business. There's lots of other places looking for your business

Bought a new pontoon in 2020 from Dans. Everything was 100% UNTIL I had an issue with Bimini. All summer in 2020 and now this summer I have been completely ignored. I’m sure I’ve called 6-8 times. They keep telling me they would relay my msg and that’s the end. I would NEVER go back only because of service

Bought a new boat with them. 2 day later took it out the break in, got to the lake my trolling motor propeller was gone. Call service they say come in with your boat we will replace it. I thought it was going to be a good smooth easy fix. I was easy fix but what tick me off is the mechanic accused me of stealing it. 1 month later I didn't received my trailer sticker, boat registration tab, and my boat number sticker from the dealer. All I received was half of the boat registration where you keep it. Call the dealer and was told that everything should have been in the package that he mail out, but

I hit a rock with my prop on my brand new boat. It took a decent sized chip out of one of the fins. As a new boat owner I called and was looking for advice/help. They were quite friendly and very helpful. They had a prop instock and told me to come in and they'd put it on when I got there. I live 10 minutes away and brought it over right away. I bought the prop and the service department had it replaced in 5 minutes. They also told me about their prop refinishing which I am also going to do. Very happy with my experience.

After blowing my 20 year old motor a couple years ago I decided to either fix it for $5500 or price out getting a new motor. They were fair as far as the repair goes as I had a small marine shop quote the same price. I ended up buying a 2017 Suzuki 150 four stroke! I thought the pricing was fair and they made it quick and easy. I filled out a credit app online they called me and gave the best rate Suzuki finance offered. I brought it in on Monday 6/5/17 and it was done on Wednesday. So I went in on Thursday and they had me in and out in less than a 1/2 hour. The delivery was short and sweet but
