Many extractions and restorative treatments are performed every single day because tooth decay has become too severe for the dentist to save the tooth. Diagnodent(R) is a safe fluorescent laser that detects hidden tooth decay accurately, quickly, and in its earliest stages.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Brown for over 10 years now. I actually look forward to my appointments because he and his staff are always so lovely-- helpful and pleasant, and we never have to wait. They get you in and out quickly. We moved out of state for 2 years and I actually had a dentist give me a filling, but she messed it up. When I came back to Dr. Brown, I didn't even have to tell him it was giving me problems-- he could tell from the x-ray, and he got it fixed straight away. As long as Dr. Brown is open for business in KC, that's who I will be seeing.

I've been seeing Dr. Brown for about 14 years, ever since he opened at this location. Super guy with a dedicated, professional staff, comfortable office, and great location. Recently did a crown for me, and the experience was MUCH better than I expected. Highly recommend Dr. Brown and Romanelli Dental to anyone.

dr brown. please retrain your office staff not to rude on the phone and hang up on people. i called back then another girl proceeds to talk to me in a new york accent and i can hear the girls in the back ground giggling like children! this is how your business practice goes down when your not paying attention to the small details.
