It has been at least a year since I had my car detailed, and I am so busy with work, school, and family that I needed something super convenient and quick where I didn't need to wait at a location until they were done. I booked online with wax and shine, and they were a lifesaver. I was able to get work and housework done while they made my car look like new! I have a young child and a dog, so they charged a tiny bit more for the dog hair, but it was a reasonable price to me for the convenience and quality. The cleaning technicians prompt, quick, and really friendly, too. Shout out to Yassel

I pay$ 125 package I wish my car would be shiny and super clean but it is not. There is alot of spots that they misses outside and inside of my car they didn't clean so it still really dirty I have to clean it myself again after that but they did the seat shampoo alright better than the rest of the car so .what a sloppy job .! I pay 125 dollar deep clean my car but it look like I pay for a regular car cash .So not worth it !

This crew did an outstanding job on my F-150. I love that they came on time and shampoo'd the inside, and removed the mats to get every piece of carpet. They take you on a tour of all of the hard work they did to make sure you're satisfied with the job. I really like that they are honest, and came to my house. How convenient! They took great care of the finish and made the truck look brand new. I have already recommended them to my family. You can't go wrong with WAX AND SHINE CAR WASH!

Unfortunately, I must give Wax and Shine a negative review. They were a "no show" for a scheduled appointment. I received no phone call or email. I attempted a few times to call the number with no answer and mailbox full. I emailed the company and received no response. I have used Wax and Shine once before, and although they were late for that appointment, I was very satisfied with their service. I scheduled today's appointment last week. I received a reminder email from the company yesterday. I was up early to greet the team and waited over an hour before I started to attempt

Rental company said they wanted to file a claim due to streaking from driving along brush overgrowth on one side of the car. I felt like anything they pointed to could be removed with a little elbow grease, and they gave me the option of trying to get it removed prior to returning it. I reached out to Wax and Shine Detail Car Wash, met them at a location within 10 minutes, and they were able to buff out the streaks within another 10 minutes. Sincerely appreciate the ability to work with me, and the rental company was more than happy with how the car looked when I brought it back. 10/10 will use

Expensive for the quality of work they perform. They charged $30 to wash & vacuum a Toyota Corolla. You drive your own car through the makeshift garage while they wash your car with a do it yourself pressure washer. They even missed a football size spot on the roof. There is no waiting area unless you count hanging out at the gas station convince store a waiting area. My suggestion, Dont bother !

Did a good job cleaning my crew cab truck but, when they cleaned inside, both a charger cover located on the back of the console was broken off and the back cover on the driver's seat was broken. They tried to hide it by trying to put it back on but it did not stay attached. I didn't notice it until later when I went to readjust the driver's seat and heard something hit the plastic floor mat behind me.

We had a family trip planned, but our two shepherd mixes to and from puppy daycare twice a week, so my truck interior was COVERED in several layers of their fur and hair. Wax and Shine was the first and last place I even looked online. With their raving reviews and super easy online reservation tool, all I had to do was wait! On the day of my wash, the crew was running early, so they called to ask if I was available. The owner is friendly and chatted with my husband a bit. They took my keys and they let us know once they were finished. They did an exceptional job.... Not one dog hair to be found

These guys are as good as they get, friendly, professional and take their time.... I mean like really take their time.
I've got my cars done by them on a few occasions and every-time I'm impressed by the detail and quality of work they do. Locally owned business, great pricing, and they come to you where ever you are...What more do you need! I will not use any other mobile car wash services while I live in LV / Henderson! You shouldn't either!

Time is precious & valuable, if you can't make it or your going to be late, simple solution, communicate. I do my best to support small business especially during these times, but If your time has any value

I was in a bind today and needed one of my cars washed ASAP since someone was coming out to hopefully buy it 🤞(still pending). Called around and found this mobile detailing company who services Henderson...and had availability today!! Initially planned on meeting at 12 but they were even able to come sooner which worked better for me. I also had them wash my truck (kill two birds with one stone). They did a great job. Truck looks amazing and smells super clean. They even put little cute floor mats which stood out to me! Will definitely use this company for my future car washing needs!!
