Happy Mobile Car Wash

They used to be good. Tried to use them twice Again and a NO SHOW each time. No calls or texts, just a no show. I brought my RV from storage and had 3 cars to do as well. Wasted 3 hours. Don't waste your time. Use a reliable car wash service.

These guys are awesome! Only reason it isn't 5 stars is that sometimes they run behind on the schedule. They do an awesome job for a very reasonable price - and have promised to be a bit more communicative when they are running late - and the last time I used them this week they fulfilled that.

They washed my friends car yesterday. Damaged her car. Extensive damage. Took no responsibility, actually told owner of car to prove how they did it. Got owner of car wash service on scene, all he kept saying was ,"prove it". Horrible people. Horrible service. Zero stars if possible. People,if you care about your vehicle, don't use this service.

Worst car wash ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only was the car not cleaned but also had scratch marks all over hood and top of car. Looks like they used a scrub brush all over car. When approached with this issue not only did they denied doing any of the damage but also laughed at us the whole time and kept saying its not a new car and we washed it and that was it. The employees and the boss have no idea what customer service is. The are extremely rude and should not be in business at all. I will NEVER EVER use them for anything. I had a two hour window. 15 minutes prior to my window I texted the gate code and asked how payment was due.
I don't get a call or text until the next day apologizing for no call, no show.

They has no consideration for my time.

I had a very tightly planned week to get ready to move to Nebraska and their no call, no show disrupted the my schedule and added the undue stress of trying to get my car cleaned last minute with no appointment.

When looking for a company to book, I picked a family owned company with great reviews; Honestly, I feel duped.

They used to be the best in town but lately they have gone from bad to worse.. they don't answer the phone, they dont reply to the messages, i had some stuff on the car and watermarks . He charged me $90 i said ok but he just removed the marks on the bumper no water marks were removed , they did not even touch the inside of the car. I kept calling and messaging them again and again to fix it but they never picked up or replied.. never using them again and will recommend you to pay few bucks extra but get a reliable service... in $35 they used to clean the whole car inside and out but in $90

These guys are amazing! I always see them in our parking lot and my car finally was dirty enough to need a wash. We have two German shepherds and you can't even tell. My car looks like I just drove off the lot. I am so impressed. I just got the basic wash and inside clean. They did a better job than any place I've ever been to in the Vegas area, Even in California, For the best price I've ever paid! Will recommend to everyone! You guys are great! Thank you so much for your hard work, it really shows how much pride you put into your work.

Been looking for a reliable hand car wash service until I saw an ad of this company. Gave them a try by calling the number found on their website the next day to see if it's legit service. Soon as I called, they arrived at my place based on what time they're available. I was greeted with a smile then asked me what package I wanted. I chose the $30 super wash which was totally worth it! The people that came were amazing and professional.

I'm happy to have found a reliable hand car wash service. Plus, their prices are reasonable considering the amount of detail they put in. 5 stars

Had an appointment at 3:30. 3:40 no show so we called and he said he was coming from summerlin. And would be here shortly. 5pm and still no show. We called and text and ni response back at all. Terrible way to do business. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone because they are unreliable.

I've known this guy since the early 2000's and he's clean my cars are professional very reasonable and they're all good at what they do anybody needs a friendly mobile detailing!

I've been using Jose for years and I will never use anyone else. His attention to detail is amazing. Prices are great and the service is superior! Try them and you will never go back to a car wash or, another service.

Happy Mobile Car Wash went above and beyond while washing my cars. They did an AMAZING job!

Jose and his staff are amazing. Used them several times and they are on time and do a fantastic job! Super quick too and it's so convenient to have someone come to your home. Highly recommend them!

Awesome five star service that comes to you. Interior wiped, car washed, vacuuming, tire dressing and attention to detail. We've been using Jose and his teams for six or more years and just cannot leave his service. Cash only, I'm sure it under the table, no receipt. $25 for a car and $30 for trick or SUV. He comes to you.

Scheduled an appointment for today and nobody showed up, couldn't even get ahold of anyone. Super unprofessional to not even give notice of cancelation and then was just flat out ignored. Will never call on this service again.

Unfortunately I have to give this place 1 star. When I first found Happy mobile car wash a year ago the work done was excellent and the service was friendly and efficient. Now the last 2 times I've called and scheduled a time for my car to get cleaned, Jose and the happy mobile car wash never showed. I did not get a courtesy call or explanation to the no shows, and when I called back to ask if they were still coming I was sent straight to voicemail. Bad business.
