Since 2001, Ayanna has focused on it's core manufacturing strengths of mold design, mold building and part production. Ayanna serves a diverse and growing listing of industries including medical, industrial, consumer, aerospace, marine and defense.

The success of a project typically begins with the part design. After a talented engineer creates drawings of parts, these designs often need to be fine-tuned for manufacturability. This is where the art and science of engineering first come together. Using CAD software, our team will design your part using precise measurements to meet all critical requirements.
With a solid part design that meets the desired objectives and allows for optimal manufacturing, the mold design begins. The mold specifics depend on things such as the type of resin used, the number of parts desired, the complexity of the part and length of time available to build the mold. Beginning with the mold classification, a design engineer develops the requirements for a mold build.

From design and the Machine Shop all the way through Manufacturing to delivery, I cannot give the team at Ayanna Plastics a high enough rating. This is a first class business with excellent customer service.
