At Kids SPOT Rehab, we give our kids the tools to enhance their health, behavior, performance, and confidence, with our multidisciplinary, family-centered approach to therapy. We aim to help our kids to not only improve, but to thrive- at every stage of their development. We will verify insurance, assist with the work and referrals, and obtain any authorizations needed.
During the evaluation, you can expect our team of professionals to gather information about your child. The evaluation will be conducted either in home, in clinic or in school through play and using other therapy methods. Your therapist will discuss what your child's treatment plan may look like and walk you through the recommendations.

Bill has worked over 35 years in the Children's Healthcare world with extensive focus on serving children with severe challenges. Bill's experience has focused on children with Developmental Disabilities and Mental Health challenges. Prior to coming to KidsSPOT, Bill worked as a Senior Vice President of a large multi-state operation that served over 10,000 children for 23 years.

My son has torticolus (left neck tilt) and my doctor told me he needed physical therapy. I started bringing him here. We had some "ok" therapists seeing him until my last visit (I also had a different therapist every time which is overwhelming for a toddler.) My son is one years old so I want to know that there is someone qualified working on my baby's neck. The lady that came to get him for his last appointment claimed to be a Physical Therapy Assistant, I asked if the physical therapist was coming she said no she would be doing the appointment, her name is Cynthia. At Kids SPOT you'll find a kind and caring staff. Everyone present goes the extra mile to meet and accommodate a family's needs. Previous comments related to "the wait" and "scheduling" should be taken lightly. There are so many factors to consider, some insurances take longer than others and approvals go through a pediatrician office first. This being said, Kids SPOT offers three disciplines (Occupational, Speech and Physical) making the therapeutic process less stress full for families. This is an amazing center! If I could give them 0 I would. I am suing this business because they decided to take their sweet time (4 days) in informing and showing me what happen to my 3 year old daughter while she was under their care. My daughter got injured under their care and the way they handle it was extremely unprofessional and insensitive. "Annie" (the one who supposedly founded kidspot) is extremely rude, unprofessional, and insensitive. They really don't care about the child's wellbeing but their business and pocket. DO NOT TRUST YOUR KIDS WITH THEM! They treat you like you are ignorant and

I don't know how to convey the depth of the commitment from the staff at SPOT but I can not imagine another facility could come close to the amazing programs here. If you're having problems (especially with insurance !) they really try their best to help and more importantly are their success stories - and the kids they help.

I had a terrible experience at this facility. First, it is cash only, then they charge your insurance too if you have it. They move kids through quickly and the space is very busy, which in my experience was not helpful for my daughter. We transferred from out of town and I described very well for them what the issues were that we had already identified, even providing a copy of the previous report. It was obvious they had not read or considered it. They were so busy that we were just part of the crowd. The service was not personalized at all and I think it would take a really long time for
