Very good experience,,the sales team was servicing very good and the finance team make all they can do to help you get your car ,,they know whit what bank work depend on your credit score ,,not like the other dealers who's run your credit whit different banks and loaners and that affec your credit score very bad

Brand, spanky-new, spacious dealership with great customer services. They have a Large waiting area with cafe’ and donuts. Not like other Honda dealerships nearby, this dealership even gives you a courtesy car wash (as they do at First Honda in Austin).
Repair costs are “par for the dealership course” (compared to your local Louie garages). I had a brake repair of $1,300 on a old CRV- ouch. I got home and the hand brake was not adjusted. Brought it back and it was fixed right. I even got another car wash.

Great experience leasing our Honda Civic! We shopped around and Brownsville Honda gave us the best deal, as well as the best customer service. Several add-ons were also included (another dealership was going to charge us a fee on top of an already higher base price). Miguel was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!
The best part was they are super dog and kid friendly! I had to bring my dog and he enjoyed meeting all of the friendly staff—it was hugely helpful for our day. Their children’s area also looked fun and inviting for kids.
