Absolutely amazing experience! Nancy was very helpful in planning and Kristoffer was such a great driver!! We had a group of 16 take their party bus to white water rafting and had such a fun ride! Plenty of room, Bluetooth speakers and cool lights! Also very reasonably priced! Highly recommend!!!

This company is a fraud. I booked my party bus with a $200 deposit, which I thought was the norm for all party bus rentals. I was supposed to receive a contract by email and never did. When attempting to call the day before to confirm pick up location no one answered. The day of same thing we called multiple times. Sent messages through different phone numbers and nothing. We ended up having to book with another party nos. No one ever reached out to us and they basically stole my money, not trust worthy at all!!

When we initially reserved our party bus Nancy was very nice however 3 weeks before our reservation date the company pulled money out of my bank account. It was difficult to get a hold of Nancy to report the issue and she did not seem to care how it affected my finances to have $150 pulled out of my account unexpectedly. It took them a week to refund the money. On the day of the party the driver picked up our group late and the bus had no music. When the group complained about there not being music the driver was rude and told them it wasn't her bus and wasn't her fault. To top things off when

I should have known the awesome rate we got there had to be something wrong! I used this company for my moms 50th birthday. By far the worst bus and I've been on a lot of buses!

Positive: The drive was nice but....
Negatives: I pulled up to my mother's house and seen the bus. It was raggedy! And had dents! I thought maybe the inside was better. We get inside I would rate it about a 3/10 in the day time. Numerous TVS that were turned off or maybe didnt work no soda and two bottles of water for a bus of 20 people! The pole in the bus was dirty

NOT as adverstised! NOT to be trusted! After our ride I spoke to the company about things broken on the bus, the lack of cleanliness and that the bus was simply NOT one that was advertised on their website. Excuses were made on the part of the company and the refund promised by them was only half-delivered. After calling and emailing for the remainder of the redund, I got nothing in response.

Our driver was right on time and took us to Red Rocks in style! After the show, he texted me a photo of where he was parked (with exact location) so that we could find him in the sea of limos and vans. Got us all home safe and sound. Oh, and the sound system on the van was awesome, we connected our phones via Bluetooth and raged the entire trip.

I've used Dream Shuttles three times, and the drivers have always arrived early, been very accommodating, and helped us set up our music, which is super easy to control throughout your ride with their blue-tooth sound system! They are very friendly, accommodating, and get you where you want to go safely!

After working with Nancy and confirming my reservation for a 20 person party bus the day of the booking the bus was a no show. I couldn't get in touch with anyone at Dream Shuttles even though I called and emailed several times. I ended up having to call around Denver for a last minute bus since I had 20 people ready to go at our pick up location with no method of transportation. I ended up hearing from Nancy two days later and she apologized profusely and totally took respectability for not entering my reservation correctly. She offered my deposit back and paid for part of the bill for the

Nancy was very helpful when it came to making a reservation. Our driver, Patrick, was nice and always prompt throughout the night. He even helped us with carrying stuff on to the party bus. The only downside was that we were promised there would be a cooler with waters and soft drinks along with cups that I requested and none of that was on the bus. Luckily, we brought our own drinks and cups as well as ice. Something that would help, would've been cup holders in the party bus as it was a bumpy ride.

We ordered a bus for 20 to arrive at a private residence to shuttle us around to various locations for a bachelorette party. The driver was supposed to arrive at 8, but they waited to contact our party organizer until that time to say they were going to be an hour late; the bus had broken down. Evidently, Dream Shuttles has no backup bus or backup plan. Shortly after 9, Dream Shuttles called and said they didn't have a bus unless we wanted to share with a wedding bus rental that was going on at the same time (albeit at a slight discount). They are under new management and there amazing to work for I love there dedication to us there team as well as our passengers and the push for us to also go out of our way to make this the best experience ever.
