Jada was great to work with to book our party bus limo for our bridal party!! The party bus was clean and on time. It followed the schedule and took direction. We hired another company to shuttle guests and it was a nightmare... Wish we would have booked all transportation needs through Jada's team instead! Would recommend.

The booking was easy and people were friendly and on time, but the party bus we booked wasn’t even close to what we received pictures of. The bus was old and torn up, some of the lights were broken, no air conditioning, and the bluetooth for music barely worked- it would skip a lot. There were also no window coverings (which was also shown in the photos) so it was bright as day the whole time. We were supposed to have ice and bottled water included in the price and there was no ice at all and the waters were hot (couldn’t even drink them). I don't necessarily have an experience to compare this too a I have never been on a party bus , so first impression... not good. the seats on the bus were torn up due to normal wear and tear, the ac did not work , and there was dust build up in the areas where the beverages would go so you can tell it had not been cleaned . About 45 minutes into it while we were all sitting in silence , we had to ask the driver how to work the music and lights to get the vibe of party bus going . BEWARE: This company was extremely disappointing. Communication and customer service was great until the day of the event. The rep I spoke with during the booking process was great. She sent me pictures of the party bus we were getting and answered my questions when needed. When my wedding day came, the driver was 20 minutes late and we were in a time crunch. Our wedding was in the mountains which in it self, you have traffic, raod construction and unforeseen weather that can cause huge delays. On top of that we were staying in Winter Park and so they had to summit the pass to get us and take us to and from our venue. With lane closures near the Mt Evans exit, they called us first and said they informed their drivers of the conditions and were planning on arriving a half hour earlier than expected because of this to prevent us from being late to our own wedding. Booked a ride for a group of 20 to the Red Rocks. Driver wasn't a friendly fellow since the start. He's not rude, he just has a belittling attitude. Drop off and and pick-up were smooth.
When we got picked up the driver said "I had another group that I needed to pickup, so I threw everything away, including your alcohol." We all laughed thinking he was joking. He wasn't. Dry ride back to house it was.
Do not recommend. Look elsewhere.

We have used Denver Party Ride for every special event. We have used them over 5 times. We always have a great experience with the drivers and the call takers. They make sure we get what we are looking for. If there has ever been an issue or we need something last minute, we know we call and speak with the woman on the phone. I recently used Denver Party Rides to get a group of friends from Downtown Denver to a concert at Red Rocks. I was very impressed with the company and the excellent service I received for a great price.
Jada was very helpful for setting up the reservation, and Mandy was very responsive in following up with all the needed detail. Our driver, Darren, was also very professional, careful, and friendly.
I would definitely use the company again and I would highly recommend them to others.

So had to post my experience with Denver Party Rides, normally I don’t take the time to do this but I was reading some other reviews and didn’t see how this was possible because the experience my group had was nothing like what people portrayed this Company to be. I booked my bus well in advance so I will be honest I was nervous when it got close to the date so I called to confirm and was told they would be there. This company is very difficult to work with and they have a horrible time getting back to you. They were very fast to take my deposit but after that I was ghosted. We had reserved a 22 person party bus but what we got was a 16 person bus that looked like it just drove 80 miles of dirt road. It was dirty inside and out. We had 6 people sitting on laps. Classic bait and switch.

Our large extended family recently gathered together to celebrate our mothers 80’th birthday and rode a party bus driven by Debbie. It was a surprise party for mom and we had one of the most memorable evenings on that bus, singing, laughing and connecting as a family. Trips to Redrocks, Birthday Parties, Batchelor/Bachelorette parties, and most recently over Thanksgiving weekend. Their customer service is always amazing, they have the most competitive rates no matter the time of year, and they have a good variety of buses to choose from so they accommodate any size party. We had a group of 26 people that took the party bus to and from Red Rocks. When we booked the bus with Jada, she was attentive to respond to our messages and her responses were very informative and thorough. We prepaid for the party bus and on the day of the event our driver called us early in advance to touch base with us. Darren, our driver, was extremely helpful in providing us logistics for pick up and drop off locations and times. I am absolutely disappointed beyond words with Denver Party Ride. My daughter and 20 of her friends have been waiting this morning for their bus which is a no show. I listened on the phone with my daughter while she booked the bus and made a plan for the CU homecoming game.
I also heard her call the company back

My daughter had prom last night and the driver made them late to everything and drove like a snail not even doing the speed limit. He never took the highway even from Parker to Denver. He was rude and now is trying to get more money from the kids for a button they didn't even use let alone break. Do not use this company. They are horrible and will try to scam you for things. They did not break the stereo on the bus. No one could even touch the buttons on the stereo, so clearly doesn't make any sense they could break it. He used the stereo so seems weird he's blaming his mistake

I had several friends from out of state come in town last week. They wanted to check out some of the best local breweries in Denver, so we decided to give Denver Party Ride a call to schedule a brewery tour. They have a ton of party limo bus options to choose from. We went with the 20 passenger party bus which was more than we needed but gave us ample room to move around.
The driver arrived right on time and was super friendly. The bus was clean, stocked with some refreshments, and had a great sound system.
Overall, we had a great trip with no hiccups. We will definitely be booking another party

This company is the WORST company ever....let me begin at the beginning: First they quote me a pretty good deal for a 30 passenger party bus of $600 for 25 people which included alcohol however I had to put a deposit down that day to get that quote which was $100....Once they received my "non-refundable" deposit they told me they couldn't give us alcohol because they gave us such a good deal.

When speaking to these people over the phone, I felt like they had their stuff together and gave me no reason to think we'd encounter any issues. On the day of the ceremony, a ratty black Hummer with little to no AC showed up instead of a white Cadillac Escalade we had reserved.
