What is TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation)? It is a non-invasive treatment where magnetic pulses are delivered to stimulate nerve cells in the part of the brain controlling the mood, which is often underactive in patients with depression. Repeated stimulation of this part of the brain has proven to produce an antidepressant effect on people suffering from depression.

COVID ICU nurse here. Had to miss online appointments due to being out of town working to save lives multiple times over the last couple years. Missed another appointment recently because my own mother was in hospital with COVID. Without warning, this practice removed me from their patient list. I always paid for every appointment and every missed appointment fee. This is clearly a poor choice for anyone seeking compassionate mental health care.

Honestly the staff are rude and I had made multiple attempts to reschedule appointments with little luck. Ran out of medications multiple times. I suggest you find somewhere else

I chose one star because I had to. It's completely unprofessional, and unethical to allow/cause your patients to go into withdrawal over a medication YOU HAVE DEEMED NECESSARY FOR THEM AND PRESCRIBED, due to ONE missed appt. The experience I have had over the last 2 weeks with Dr. Brown and his office has been completely unprofessional. Dr Brown could care less about his patients. He would rather you go into withdrawal from your anti-depressants over an accidental missed appt, and $90 fee (even though my insurance pays him $400 for a 10 MINUTE virtual appt that he is repeatedly late for). I was

Stay away from Dr Brown! Dr Brown worked with our 15 year old daughter for about 10 months and collectively spent no more than 30 minutes with us. He recently prescribed a med that we were concerned about and we asked our daughter’s therapist to discuss with him what she has been seeing in her sessions. Dr Brown’s response to his colleague attempting to discuss our child’s care was to send us a letter firing us. He is obviously not interested in collaborative care and is so egotistical that his response is to fire his patients. I strongly suggest you find another provider.

Dr Lambert has truly saved my life. This office has been nothing but helpful, polite, fast at responding and zero judgment. My son has had tremendous success with a different doctor in the practice and I recommend anyone in need of a doctor to this one. I won't ever switch. Cannot thank them enough

I have seen Dr.Lambert for 2 years cause I was bound by my insurance. He doesn’t know how to be compassionate. He treats people like they are machines. He wouldn’t let you go over time for even a minute. They just want to make money. After paying so much money and changing so many meds, none of them worked. I hated going to his office too. Some of the staff is rude and insensitive. They don’t even make an eye contact. Please don’t waste your time going there. You deserve better.

I have Dr. Grewal as my Psychiatrist and I love her. I’ve been seeing her for over three years now. She talkies the time to actually sit snd listen and check out your meads. The staff isn’t the most polite I’ll. Agree, but I keep bio on them. Every. If Dr. Grewal would open her own cente I would certainly

The staff is terrible. Very short and rude on the phone. And refused to refill an antidepressant prescription that I really need during this pandemic. Don't waste your time, they clearly don't care about their patients

I loved this place at first. I soon learned the staff are RUDE RUDE RUDE…. and seem to forget they’re working with people with high stress and anxiety levels. I stayed anyways (who likes changing Drs) I was 10 minutes late for my first appointment in 3 years and called immediately when I realized. I was told by the staff I wasn’t “allowed” to make another appointment until the dr decided If I would be charged. Running low on meds, I asked if I can prepay this charge. I’ve witnessed several of their clients prepaying on their account for future fees and was told “No” I would have

The office staff are really rude and getting a call back takes weeks and several follow up calls into the office to remind them that you need a callback. Further, they are unpleasant when asked to do something that is actually their job if it is in any way inconvenient. My daughter called and the staff person verbally complained and got nasty with her because she was going to have to click out of a screen and start the insurance entry over. I mean, really?? My son has had several issues as well. If it wasn't for Dr. Brown, we wouldn't even bother with this place. Client service is horrendous.
