My name is Ari Fisher and I love technology. I have spent the past 11 years working for Discovery Channel in the digital media division and a lifetime around computers. I really enjoy the training and the teaching element of what technology can do for us and more importantly, resolving issues when your computer or device stops functioning correctly.
Additionally, I have experience with both Mac and PC as well as a number of other devices, technology and software. As of 2019, I have a Top Secret security clearance. My favorite toy right now is the Amazon Echo which is a hands-free speaker that you control with your voice. It allows me to listen and control my music, news, weather and sports all through its amazing voice service.

Ari is unflappable! We have asked him to set up a new computer, exorcize an old, dodgy one, clean our computers (both PC and MAC) of malware, diagnose and fix software issues, and wrangle with an iPhone that has a mind of its own. AND he makes house calls and is very reasonably priced. We cannot say enough good things about Ari!

We have a small business with no IT person, which can be frustrating. When it came time to upgrade our 6 computers to Windows 10 and backup our server on an external drive, we needed some outside help. We contacted Ari and he did it all for us in just a few hours! He responded right away and was in our office within a couple of days. He is so kind and easy to work with, with very competitive rates. We have been thorough about 6 tech companies in our 30 years of being in business and I can honestly say that Ari has been the best.

What a great discovery! I "cold called" Ari one dark and stormy night to save me from a time sensitive computer malfunction, and like every good first responder, he just said "what time?". He came, he politely endured my dogs, he fixed, he left. He taught me things, helped me buy what I needed, showed me a thing or two and the care and feeding of my system and was a thoroughly enjoyable human being. An enthusiastic two thumbs up.

My son's laptop fan starting making a hidious noise continously over several months. We finally needed to deal with it and found Ari on Yelp. Ari responded promptly to our message to replace fan with a quote. I ordered the part and Ari installed it same day with great expertise and service. Ari Fisher provides excellent technical support services with a calming, caring "bedside manner" that is rare to find these days. He was responsive to my initial inquiry, on-time for our appointment, listened closely to the issues with which I needed help (setting up two printers and other devices for wireless after a Verizon wifi upgrade), and resolved them efficiently. He is clearly an expert as to network issues and is also more than willing to help on general computer organization and back-up issues. I learned more from Ari in an hour than I had picked up on my own over days.

Ari set up my new computer. He was very thorough and complete moving files from the old to the new computer and setting. He made sure the back up and malware scan were set up. And he answered all my questions. He also came back when I ran into a problem with the monitor. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. And he's a nice person to work with!

I contacted Ari due to an issue with my desktop computer. He quickly analyzed the issue, initiated a fix, and gave me some ideas of things I could do to improve the performance of the computer. He also knew exactly what to do when a brand new laptop was not "cooperating." He was honest, fair, and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to call on him again!

I reached out to Ari to solve a multi-faceted computer tech issue . He made himself available quickly,knew exactly how to approach the issue, dug right in, and solved it. Ah relief. On top of that, his communication is excellent, he work efficiently, is very thoughtful in his approach, and has great patience. I knew Ari could fix any computer issue and that he regularly teaches others to better use their machines, but I didn't realize he was also a gifted website builder. Lucky me to find out that this is another Tech Mensch talent.
Ari recently built the website for my new business. I asked him to use a specific Squarespace template and provided the text and images, but he did all the rest.
