We help nonprofits plan for, implement, and maintain dependable technology, taking care of IT systems so that nonprofits can accomplish their missions. Is your current approach to IT resulting in recurring issues that endanger the success of your mission? We offer IT support services for nonprofits that want to outsource all or part of their IT support and hosted services.
For a fixed monthly fee, we provide unlimited remote and on-site helpdesk support, proactive network management, and ongoing IT planning from a dedicated team of experts in nonprofit-focused IT. For larger nonprofits with in-house IT teams, we provide supplemental IT support to fill any gaps in staffing or expertise.

Services
Our longstanding commitment to helping nonprofits use technology effectively began back in 1993. We began as the philanthropic division of IT services company Reliacom, providing IT services to help nonprofits with their technology needs. In 2001, the division was purchased by Community IT founder David Deal and spun off as its own company.
We've found that many nonprofit organizations deal with IT companies that aren't designed for them. This leads to recurring issues: Systems aren't prepared for the future. Subpar IT service hurts productivity. Strategy doesn't account for nonprofit structure or budget. These organizations simply aren't getting the full value from their IT investment, and their missions suffer.
Your information systems and data are critical to the life and success of your organization. Our nonprofit IT services can include proactive cybersecurity tactics that will drastically reduce the risk of damage during a cyberattack. Malware, phishing, and other forms of cyberattacks can compromise your systems and cost your organization.
Network management includes the processes, tools, and applications used to operate and maintain a computer network. Proper management of this network ensures that it's protected and limits the likelihood of attacks from outside threats. Get peace of mind with network management as part of our nonprofit IT services.
Your information systems and data are critical to the life and success of your organization. Whether you're unhappy with your current cloud solution or are looking to transition to the cloud, ensuring that your system is robust and well-managed to protect your assets is crucial to your success. Using an optimized cloud solution makes assets secure, broadly accessible and also redundant.

Community IT is the best tech support provider in DC! I have worked with them at two different organizations now and I am always impressed with their skill, knowledge, and great customer service. They have scalable plans that offer various services fit to meet the needs of any organization, and they make sure that you take stock of your technology (hardware and software) and help you institute plans to keep your infrastructure running smoothly.
