My driver was on time and I received updated as soon as he was en route. I was hesitant at first bc when I called to request the taxi for the next morning, the representative didn't ask for my number, just name and address and destination. Right after I got off the phone i looked up their reviews and they weren't very good. Just when I was going to call back and cancel due to the reviews, I received a text confirming the arrival time, so I decided to stick to them. The next morning , I received a text and I could track exactly when my driver would arrive. He arrived exactly at the time we requested

I normally don't write reviews because it is normally full of anger and mostly a reaction to a small event because of the service which could have been avoided. But this taxi service has done this 5 times since I tried using their service. No cabs came even though they told me a 20 minute wait, 2 hours later after calling multiple times to get the status of my ride, they transfer me to a different company! Then I had to wait another 30 minutes for that cab to come. This is why services like Lyft and Uber or so popular, due to convenience and the fact that you know for a fact your ride is coming

This is by far the rudest cab service in the state of California. I would never use this service. The management is rude and unprofessional. I felt as though I was talking to a mob rather than a business. The Drivers are beyond rude and I would not want to be in a vehicle with such aggressive and disrespectful people. Call an Uber or a Lyft

Really.. Firstly, the woman on the phone was a rude, sauer old witch who who kept yelling for the address and kept speaking to me in a terse tone.
Needless to say It took about an hour for my cab to arrive, and when it finally arrived, the guys' meter didn't work properly when I swiped and he said I had a "bad card" and didn't know how to punch in the number directly, so I ended up paying him $5 bucks I luckily had loose: Later I checked my account and saw that the transaction had indeed whent through - so the guy actually RIPPED ME OFF..
Do NOT call these people! Really, they literally RUINED

UNRELIABLE!!!!!
This is the 2nd time I have had this company stand me up when I had a cab scheduled -well in advance- to take me to the airport. The 1st time I had to get a family member to take me at the last minute. This time they managed to get someone to me 25 minutes later than scheduled.
They did NOT even call to say they weren't coming. BOTH TIMES I had to call THEM after the pick-up time and ask why they weren't here yet!!!! Ridiculous. So stressful when you are trying to make a flight.

My name is Aris, and I have been working for this company for 7 years now. I would like to start of by thanking all of my co-workers for always having a fantastic attitude with one another, and always being courteous to each other. We constantly receive bad reviews from customers, and we are always compared to Uber which is understandable, but keep in mind the taxi business has been around for decades while Uber has just recently been discovered. Absolutely awful. I called at 5:15 am and had to be at work at 6. I waited till 5:45 and called and was told he would arrive in 5 minutes. After waiting another 25 minutes I called back and was told that a pickup and drop off already happened at that address. Needless to say I was late to work, meanwhile waiting outside in the cold and rain. I will NEVER call for a cab again. Shame on you LA city cab.
