Our Mid-South pool was built about 7 years ago. Not long after it was built, I had to add water frequently but just attributed it to evaporation. This went on for years until recently I was adding water every other day and had put on an automatic waterer. I let Tim at Mid-South know that I thought there may be a leak. He would leak check the pool but he was going to charge me a fortune since they were over an hour away. I hired a local pool store to leak check. They did numerous tests and found about a 3 ft crack in the pool that was confirmed to be a leak with dye. I let David at Mid-South know

We are beginning our second year of enjoying our pool. We are completely pleased with the response and attentiveness from David and his crew. Every time something has needed attention they have taken care of it just as David promised when he was selling the pool to us. After researching several pool builders in the mid south for three years, I'm so grateful I choose David of Mid South Pools.
David was full disclosure on what to expect and always honest about the questions and concerns I had.
He came to my home several times to physically walk me through the plans.
He provided us with design plans and plenty of visual descriptions of what our pool would look like.
His crew was always prompt. They poured the concrete in three days!
They always cleaned up during the building phase so my yard would not look a mess.
He returned my calls promptly.

Midsouth pool builders built my pool and I couldn’t be happier. Did everything exactly how and when they said they would. I dealt with many contractors during the construction of my home and midsouth was one of the very very few that actually did what they promised, WHEN they promised. I am a very hard guy to please and I know this, so when I say these guys are good, I mean it! Thanks David and Midsouth pools!!!

This company built a nice looking pool. They have a number of problems however. They take on too much business and the end of the project drags. There is no clear date at which it is declared complete, therefore a very ill defined warranty. They disavow the equipment that they install, leaving it to the pool buyer to deal with any warranty matters involving things like the complex control system and interface. They do not have a protocol for handing the pool over to the owner. The initial attempt to explain things about its functions failed badly. We were previous pool owners so we managed, but
