Dr. Yoo is originally from Roanoke, Virginia and she is excited about serving Katy community. Dr. Yoo earned her Bachelors in Science degree in biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin. Then she continued her education at the University of Texas at Health Science Center at Houston to achieve Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.
Help your child's smile healthy when they are as early as 6 month old. Our office schedules all of our pediatric patients to visit at least every six months. Dr. Yoo and Dr. Cheng check for any sign of dental decay, gum disease or other issues in the mouth. We also provide the parents with nutritional guidance and oral hygiene instruction, so we can help our pediatric patients build good hygiene habits at home.
Dr. Cheng and Dr. Yoo provides both conventional braces and clear aligner to straighten teeth. Both options can help achieve healthy movement to fix problems such as misalignment, spacing, and/or crowding. Straight teeth not only help patient achieve beautiful smile but also help with general dental health.

Such a friendly staff and atmosphere!
They walk you through each step, explain everything thoroughly and make you feel welcome. I get bad anxiety when it comes to a dentist visit and they made sure to pause and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole visit! Also, oatmeal their furry friend was a plus!

Love Elyson Family Dental! The office is really nice and new, the staff is very friendly, and I feel confident leaving knowing I got the best care! I took my kids here for their annual exams, and my youngest needed dental surgery. They made her feel so welcome and comfortable at both visits. She got through surgery with no issues at all, and left with a big smile on her face. Our whole family has elected the practice as our family dental home, as we are so pleased with the care, attention, stellar work, and superb customer service.
