Big East Environmental is a full service, independent environmental project management and consulting firm servicing homeowners, developers, commercial property owners and investors, and educational institutions in the Northeast since 2006. Originally established by two professional engineers and an environmental scientist, we continue to build our reputation of professionalism, reliability and unmatched customer service.
There are typically two phases to an Environmental Site Assessment (ESA). In Phase I, we identify potential environmental hazards and conditions associated with a property. The purpose of a Phase II ESA is to conduct a deeper investigation into any environmental concerns raised in Phase I.
