If you need to exchange your pant for another size & it has been hemmed, we can help! You pay for the shipping, we can hem the new pants & unhem the returning pant at no charge. If you need to return your brand new pant for a refund, we need to charge for the unhemming of the pant to return it to stock.

Great fittings, fast if needed, nice looking, great price uniforms and much other stuff. im about looking great on the job and being comfortable. the pants can be used out side work as well. Long-lasting keeps you cool in hot conditions like being in the sun all day. The elastic and a rubber filling band to keep your shirt tucked and keep you pants up with out a belt for best fit comfort, yes. I do keep buying from this location and will. Needed to pick up a 2nd belt for my uniform, last minute of course (eye roll at myself). I really didn't want to drive downtown, then found this place on Yelp when I typed in "fire police uniforms." They had the exact one I needed, in my size, anddddd.... IT CAME POLISHED! Boom, mic drop. I was very excited. I was initially anxious I was going to have to buy the belt then find somewhere to get it polished same day. Even if it didn't come polished, they do polishing in-house! Boots would be $20, belt would be $10 for polishing--which is cheaper than other places. Not sure how

5 stars for Carl! Came in for the first time to get uniforms and Carl welcomed me with straight forward, no hassle, and professional business. Jessica was also huge help when it came to ringing me up and letting me know when my items will be ready for pick up. (Super fast by the way) I'll always choose a place that treats me kindly and isn't going after what's left in my wallet. Cal Uniforms is that place! I needed to get uniforms for SD Sheriff Search and Rescue. I needed to get the pants (5.11 Taclite Pro). As soon as we walked in, we were met with kindness and a great helpful attitude! She found the pants and color I needed, along with some accessories (special requirements belt and specific format of name tape tags). Although I got my shirts I needed from somewhere that had them, I will be bringing them back here for the patches and name tapes to be sewn on, mainly due to the great attitude and service!

CARL is quiet, but a powerhouse in serving the First Responder community.
MELINA has been my go-to person for clothes, boots, duty gear, and recommendations for new purchases.
MARIA in alterations has done many repairs and custom alterations to duty, range, and tactical gear.
All the other team members are polite positive and customer service focused.
Parking is adjacent, always available, and safe for your g-ride or pov while you're inside.

The staff is welcoming the moment you walk in. The store is clean and smells great! Everyone is respectful and kind as I am a regular now at cal uniforms. The quality is always on point. Terrible customer service. Got a blank stare from the three employees siting together at the front when I walked in and not a word when I left a couple of minutes later when I couldn't find what I was looking for. I came here because it had good reviews but I guess I was interrupting everyones coffee break. I actually said hello to the people at the front desk and they all stared at me blankly and proceeded to ignore me. I'm jealous of the guy who said he got followed around like he was going to steal something. I got my shoes somewhere else so it's fine.

I came here to get a "9" embroidered on my graduation stole because I was cheap and bought a 2012 stole secondhand. Cal Uniform did a great job and was one of the few places to take me seriously for a small job like that.
It came out great and I was super appreciative of their great communication throughout the process :)

I work in transportation and have looked everywhere for a pair of 100% wool pants with 4 pockets (no SAP/baton pocket) and was not able to find them anywhere. The local store to me recently changed ownership and was less than helpful. A quick email to Cal-Uniforms and they were able to special order them from the manufacture.
Carl was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Not only did he respond to my emails quickly he was very helpful and got my pants to me very quickly.
Will return for future orders, highly recommended!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by an associate who worked there, which is the fastest I've ever been greeted at any uniform store. *Cough cough*. I will continue to do business with Cal uniforms as they are well-equipped for any item that I need and if it is not in store it can be ordered for me without hassle. I'll be coming back. FOR SURE.

He stoped whatever work he was doing and proceeded to follow me around the store. It's been a really long time since someone has done that to me. Whenever I would stop to look at a product, he would hover over me not asking if I needed help looking for a size or anything. Besides the experience I can't judge the store that harsh considering they have a good size parking lot, the store is nice and clean with a good selection of 5.11s pants and shirts. I would recommend this place

Great customer service! I went in to pick up a uniform I recently purchased and brought in some chevrons to get sewn on, due to a recent promotion. I fully expected the chevrons to be sewn on at a later time. They put them on while I waited and were so friendly to my daughter and I. I will certainly be a return customer. Thank you guys for the old school customer service.

I really wanted to give them 5 stars because the staff is really nice.
I placed an order for them to put new patches and a new zipper on my jacket. This was on a Wednesday and they said it would be done that Friday for sure.
I came on the following Monday to pick it up and it wasn't even started nor did they call me to tell me it would be late. They then told me to come back in 45 minutes so I did. They gave me the jacket but it wasn't complete. The new zipper was on but they neglected to put the new patches on. They then told me to come back in 15 minutes so they could put the patches

Cal will try their best to provide you with information and not push any item you don't need. Their selection is quite limited but if they don't have what you're looking for, ask and they might be able to order it for you.

Great service. I've come in here a few times through out the years and never had issues with the time or quality of work done here. Stopped in today for a new pair of boots. The lady who helped me out let me try on a few pairs and showed me what was available on clearance. At the end I went with a nice comfy pair of boots that didn't exactly clean my funds out. Great store for those in public safety, are nurses, or even those in the restaurant business looking for certain work wear.

Fantastic service. Very knowledgeable and professional. The passion these guys put into satisfying the needs of the customers is a lost art art that only mom and pop stores like this can deliver.
