We're happy to answer questions or provide help. If you have an online account with us, you can create a service ticket and progress is tracked in your account. Log in to your account and choose "My Tickets" where you can see submitted tickets or create a new one. In order for the processing company to approve your credit card for the purchase, the billing address entered on the order must match the address used by your bank.
Shipping direct to you is available for a small fee or you may pick up your order in our store with no charge. We can also ship your order direct to the school at no charge. Made an appointment online for a fitting, as this is the only store to order uniforms for my kid's school. Arrived early, but waited probably 10-15 mins past my appointment time before being seen. The workers helping with the fittings are friendly and help look up all of the school uniform policies to ensure we're picking the appropriate pieces. Once you have decided on what articles you are purchasing then you wait in line to pay. Expect to wait as it is a slow process to get checked out. If the items you buy can be engraved through the hot press, they will generally do it right away

We placed an order 3 months ago and it’s still not ready. This business lied to customers about when orders are expected to be ready. Had I known my order would take 3+ months to arrive, I would have made different arrangements. The business owner/manager is a very unprofessional person with a horrible horrible attitude. It’s impossible to reach anyone at this business once you place your order. They don’t answer phone, text or emails. We had to dispute the charges with our cc since no one has been answering us.

We ordered school uniform from this place on September 2nd. We're in November and our order is still not ready. Initially before placing our order, we were told it would take 10-14 days for our order to be ready. Because of that false promise they made, I placed an order. We tried calling, texting and emailing numerous times and no one ever picks up or emails back. The manager/owner is an absolute rude and unprofessional person, I didn't get her name but she's an older woman with long hair. They claim shortage of staff (lie) because they have a bunch of people working at the store

Terrible communication. Horrible wait. Then being given product that looks like this. Sadly. I had to wash it and use it because it's getting cold and I don't want my toddler being cold at school for the next two months while they get me a replacement and then embroider it. For a place that does this professionally you'd think they'd own a pressing cloth. If you can avoid them. Please do so.

We stopped on in on Friday, September 10th and we're impressed with the customer service from the employees. They are short staffed, and overwhelmed, but they are a great groups of people. They were able to accommodate us and exchange and try on different uniforms for my daughter who has picture day next week. JaCarra was super sweet and helpful and so was the cashier (did not get a name). Thank you both so much!

As all businesses they are facing a global supply chain challenge, but they are doing their best to fulfill orders. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. They indicated that due to covid they weren't accepting exchanges. However that once covid was over they would gladly accept them even last their 30 dat return policy, which I have in writing from them. They are now refusing to accept exchanges (I simply needed a different size) and I am stuck with hundreds of dollars of useless uniforms. Consider ordering from other abc retailers, they are also much faster at getting uniform bottoms out to you. Highly discourage schools from using this place if you are contemplating

I don't usually leave reviews, in this case it's been too many years for us.
I have been shopping at this store for 10 years, and most of the time it's not a pleasant experience, unfortunately. I will not go into detail...I will be optimistic.
I do hope that someone will reach out to those of us that have not encountered the experience one should have from a business such as this one.

Honestly disgusted with their rudeness! I won't be coming bask. Awful! I called ahead to see if I could come but a few things. Lady on the phone said yes. I walked in was immediately greeted with "appointment only"!!!! She was so rude, I said I'm sorry I just called and was told I could come in and purchase a few items? Biggest attitude. Honestly hoping I can go somewhere else for my kids clothes because I refuse to be treated the way she treated me.

Somewhat helpful but really don’t know what’s going on and today I find out from the principal of the school that I have the wrong sweater for mass uniform. Uniform store gave me a sweater and said that’s what I needed for my kindergartener. Principal told me I have the sweater that is for 5th grade and up so now I need to drive all the way back and deal with more sh.. and see what they are going to do being they sold me it and said that is the one I need for my child’s school

Horrible place with horrible workers. I was followed throughout the store by two different workers and when I finally had the items, I walked to the register where the girl then gave me the nastiest attitude. I asked to speak to the manager when then some lady who said her name was Jennifer came from the backroom and tried to defend who employee's disgusting attitude. At that point I just decided to leave and go spend my money elsewhere. Do NOT go to this racist store. They'll follow you around and give you subpar customer service. The workers, including the manager named Jennifer are the worst

I came in here to buy a uniform for my kid's preschool. I can describe the service as no frills. The store associate helped us out with sizes, but that was about it. I neither liked, nor disliked the experience - it was neutral - something I would expect from a specialized store like this one. I have no complaints, apart from the odd opening times, but then why would I complain about opening times of a store where I will probably go once or twice a year.

I walk in and this girl asks if i need help, as the other reviews they are not friendly and seem like they do not want to be here. It was almost like i was inconveniencing them to do their job.
I got what i needed and went to the line, where it takes them about 15 minutes per person to check out. Literally. This needs to be better. I'm thinking of opening my own uniform shop at this point.
There's also about 20 people behind me in line.

Walking in for the first time, I was greeted with friendly and responsive service. Between their extensive variety of uniforms & the embroidery options they have, my experience at Educational Outfitters was more than pleasant. I recommend this shop for any private school kids or parents looking for quality attire to look at your freshest during class hours.

Went in on August 8th and August 14th, both times the place is packed. They have nice people helping you to select your items but when it comes to paying, the line is long! They only have 2 registers!! Some folks take a long at the registers because they have questions, need something else or having to place an order, which should be done separately than those that are done and just needs to pay! Their system needs to change somehow to fix the issue at the register.

Terrible help. I went in to purchase two more skirts for my daughter and had them pull up my previous purchase to make sure I was buying the correct size/ item and the girl first off gave me one skirt and one skort which I luckily noticed as I was checking out but then when I got home I realized they sold me the wrong skirts and wrong size!!!!! The skirt I had purchased prior had the adjustable waist and the ones they sold me did not!!! I'm going back to the store and I hope they will let me exchange because they don't fit her. Total waste of time.
