This is a good motel. Rooms are clean, friendly staff, relatively close to downtown. Although the rooms are clean, they are dated and could use a refresh.

One of the best little motels I have ever stayed at. Clean comfortable beds and room. Spacious room with big bathroom and a little side room with bar stools. Room had a fridge and microwave too. Our room had 2 recliners too! It was great. Very nice and friendly owner / host. Can't wait to go back. Also a great little courtyard outside to sit and enjoy the night. Nice paved lot. Nice grass. Neat place. Love the real keys ! We spent 2 nights here. Would do it again. Spectacular.

Perfect stay! We stopped in Durango for only one night but I wish we could have stayed longer. It quickly became one of my most favorite small towns I’ve ever visited. Our room was spacious and clean, and the hosts were super friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better motel in Durango!

Very high priced room. $157.00 per night. Room very small not worth the price. Room was clean, bed comfortable and decorated nicely. No breakfast, and lady clerk was sort of rude. Had to check in by 5pm or try and call to get checked in. Probably would not stay here again. Booked room because of Google reviews not not believe what some reviewers have to say!!!

The outside of this place is beautiful in august. I love all of the flowers. They add a charm you’d be hard pressed to find in a newer hotel. I love the fact you need an actual key instead of a card to get into the room.
Stayed in room 23. The room was clean. No odd odor or stains on the carpet. The awesome pink tub shines. The beds are firm but comfortable. Pillows fluffy and plentiful.
The lighting leaves a little something to be desired. It’s dim but then this is an older hotel so that is to be expected. My grand mother-in-law called it homey and considering she’s like 80 she’d know

Stayed a week here last week and loved it!! The owners make you feel like family by the time you leave. Went above and beyond to make our stay great! Rooms are super clean; bathroom was updated and cute; air conditioner and mini fridge worked great; beds were so comfortable, towels were soft, water pressure was great and plenty of nice hot water!!! Was cheaper than the chain hotels in this town but the best thing about this place was the atmosphere and the owners. We met people sitting outside in the center garden area or their rooms, and that’s what we love most about traveling, the people we

Owners super cool. Cute decor, each room seemed to be unique. Durango is expensive in the summer, keep that in mind. $35/pet. Comfortable bed. Sweet towel flower on the bed greeted me upon entrance and made me smile.

Clean! Turn down service daily with fresh towels, we stayed 3 nights…we were looking for nostalgic and found it. The owner since the 70s replaced our air conditioner immediately after it froze and quit working, night one, with a brand new one. Texans need our ac! Y’all, that’s customer service. It was safe and comfortable. Room rate was great, we had no reservation, drove in and got a room, thankfully because it was full the next night. We will definitely stay here again, on our next road trip. We didn’t have kids with us, but will take them next time and stay at this charming spot!

What a beautiful property. We were so excited to have the chance to visit Durango and so fortunate to find this gem. The family that owns it has taken care of it so nicely and they have been running it since 1975. We were so glad we were able to support a local family owned business. After last year just glad to see they made it through. The court yard is so lovely to sit outside after a day of exploring the area. The Families dog Buca could not be any cuter she has become the official greeter. So much to see and do. Wish we would have had more time but we will for sure be making another trip back
