This is not just another white tower mental health book. This book is an easy-to-read series of actual, real-life events. It allows the reader to get a true sense of the critical importance of communication in interpersonal relationships. It is written for anyone wishing to learn "how to" incorporate healthy and effective techniques in their everyday lives.
Relationships are the foundation of our life; our relationship to ourselves, to others, the environment and the universe. We are matter interacting with all the forces of nature, and to everyone on this planet. All of our ideas about ourselves are formed through relating to the world around us.
All of our information must first come in through our senses; something we hear, something we see, something we touch or that touches us, something we smell, something we taste. As this information comes in through our senses it is labeled good, bad, or neutral. This process is how our thoughts about ourselves and others are formed.

900th Review and this is a special one for me. How many times do we not think of ourselves first ? Sometimes life is happening so fast and we have stress or issues that we do not address quickly. Many would shy away from writing a review about mental health and therapy but I think businesses like these need addressing and acknowledging more.
