Services
Therapy can be helpful in a multitude of ways. As your therapist I am both nonjudgmental and unbiased - I don't "pick sides", but rather help you to work through problems and issues you have identified. You set the goals and I assist you on the path to achieve them. The benefits of therapy depend on how well you incorporate the information, and put into practice what you have learned.

Wow- I can't believe how lucky I am to have found Dr. Asen! I had seen a few therapists in the past and liked them, but never felt like it really helped. A family friend referred me to her and said she was the "best" and I totally agree! From day one I felt comfortable and that she really understood my mixed emotions dealing with lots of family issues. She listened and I felt really heard what I was saying. She explained the importance of obtaining my history so we could use my past experiences to help me with current ones. I originally didn't think it was necessary , but
