Have a baby on the way and brought a complicated dock-a-tot portable bed with cover, handmade quilt, and delicate fleece custom embroidered blanket to be cleaned. These items came out perfect. They knew exactly what to do and it was done in a timely manner. Definately will return and highly recommend others to trust Royal cleaners.

The new owners who you say are excellent, have no idea on customer service or that customers are always right. They lost 2 of my polos and deny it, even though my receipt said I dropped off 5 but picked up 4. They should go back to there day job, cause there horrible. Surprise there still in business

They have a new owner as of 6 months ago. The lady at the front is very nice and friendly. Also, it's a convenient location for where I commute, so I'm happy there's a decent place to drop off my shirts while I'm on my way.

Your typical family dry cleaners. I think there's a lot to be said about the big chains, as they're much more careful with their machinery. My shirts have been fitting a bit differently since coming to Royal, and the reason I dry clean is to avoid shrinkage. Feel like I'm wasting my money now.
