I reached out to Jacqueline Alvizuris to transfer my car and renter policies from TN to TX. She is an amazing agent to work with. She started everything immediately and sent me an email same day to transfer my policies as well as reached out to me on my cell phone to answer any questions i have for my policies. For years I always thought that companies like State Farm cost too much so I would find a Insurance company that was cheapest I could and never realized I was making A Big mistake and wasting money. Its a long story but a few years ago I changed to State Farm. I found out that the other insurance companies were overcharging me, and Did Not report to credit agencies. By going to State Farm I saved A LOT OF MONEY, and also my credit rating was getting better. Thats not all, and this is The Truth - I also have Roadside Service and this is with Liability Insurance. Ron Mathai is literally the best insurance agent i've ever met, and ever even heard of. Ron and his team are available 24/7 - responding to texts, FB messages, phone calls - what they do goes beyond "top notch customer service". They follow up on their own to make sure issues are being handled through completion.
