Their whole payment model is super sketchy. They will quote you over the phone a $59 dispatch fee which they charge immediately on the phone, plus $35-$75 depending on complexity of the tow which is paid after the tow service is complete. When they got to my truck, instead of charging based on complexity of tow, they told me it was based on the size of the vehicle so it would be $75 which of course is the max amount. After the tow, the tow truck driver ran my credit card a second time instead of the main office just running the card once for the full amount or balance. The whole process is super

This company just swindled me out of $218. They used Christopher towing. I was giving one quote and $218 later, in one discussed 4 separate charges including a $20 drop fee. Where else are you going to drop a car that is being towed. Service call 59, 64 mileage, 75 tow charge and 20 to drop it. Stay away from this company.

Not happy about the lack of transparency with pricing. Was told the "service" charge was $59 plus a $35-$75 fee to deliver depending on the labor to haul my car.
My car was in the street and easily accessible but I was charged $75. So I asked the driver what was behind the $75 charge and he said "to be honest I always charge the $75 amount". So why even advertise a range from $35-$75???
THEN I was charged a $20 drop off fee which was never mentioned. You took advantage of a customer. Horrible. Will never use again.

My car broke down on the way to work and after going through the hell of speaking with impatient and rude tow companies who said they'd be at my car anywhere from 1-5 hours with no real estimate, it was a treat to call this company. Not only were they quick to respond and send someone out, but their good attitudes made my stressful situation somewhat pleasant. Pricing was reasonable as well. Definitely keeping this company in my contacts list.
