Our company started in 2017 with a goal of serving others. We tried to think about what would make a significant difference for our customers that sought to purchase wheelchair vans and mobility equipment. I have an older Braun UVL lift in a ADA rated van for handicap. I took the van to a competitor for a 'tuneup', and to have a couple issues addressed. It did not take long to learn that they did not have a clue how to service and repair issues with the lift.
I reached out to Mobility Solutions, and spoke with Keith. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. He accomplished in 1.5 hours what the competitor could not even address in 3 hours. Very knowledgeable on lifts, chairs, scooters. I would recommend him highly to anyone with a need of repairs or new equipment. And the other staff I met

Got my handcontrols and installed here, as well as another adjustment to my van. Friendly and helpful staff. Took more time than anticipated, so I was fortunate my driver (to get there) was able to stay until it was done at the end of the day. Not being from the area, getting there was confusing even with navigation. Cost was about half what another place was going to charge me.

Only Oregon Mobility Solutions could help me out of a huge jam I was in with my son's manual wheelchair repair! We were scheduled to board a plane and discovered that the wheelchair could not tilt back. Without the tilt function our trip was going to be very hard to pull off with a plane ride from Oregon to Denver and then a rental car to accommodate my son's wheelchair.
Oregon Mobility Solutions took the wheelchair and repaired it quickly for us with no problems. We will come back for the permanent fix after our trip but for now they got us up and running! They responded quickly

From the first time I spoke with James over the phone, dealing with Oregon Mobility Solutions was a breath of fresh air! He took the time to listen to exactly what my Dad needed in a new wheelchair van. He and his staff were warm and welcoming when we walked into their beautiful new Tigard showroom. This is a family-owned business with a friendly atmosphere and they put no pressure on us to make a decision. We were looking to upgrade my parents' 2003 wheelchair van and they gave us a very fair trade-in value for it. From the time we put down the deposit until Dad's new Toyota Sienna was delivered

I have been working on a 96 e350 short bus with a very old lift. After finally realizing I was out of my depth I called and scheduled a diagnostic visit with Keith. In 10 mins he discovered the simple issue and repaired it in 58 mins. Knowledge and integrity, in an industry the im sure has its less than reputable companies. Call Oregon Mobility first and the will get it right the first time..

My husband became wheelchair bound. Transferring him in and out of our family car for his almost daily medical appointments was becoming exhausting on him ... and me. It was impossible for me to load/unload the wheelchair in/out of the trunk of our car so his outings were limited to whoever had a wheelchair at the other end (doctor's offices). He was becoming increasingly isolated to our home or doctor's offices because restaurants and movie theaters do not have wheelchairs in their lobbies.
We decided it was time for a power chair and a vehicle with a ramp.

I cannot say enough good things about James and Oregon Mobility Solutions. I tore my ACL on a Saturday but had a planned trip the following week that I didn't want to miss. I called to various other services but they all needed doctors referrals and said a wheelchair rental would take 1-2 weeks to process. I called Oregon Mobility on a Wednesday and had the wheelchair delivered to my house by Thursday morning in time for my trip. The wheelchair was very nice, easy to use and well priced. I had the option to buy it if I wanted to as well! Then they came to pick up the wheelchair from me the following

Best customer service I have ever experienced. James brought a loaner chair for me to try out (Jazzy Air) which he then left with me while mine was ordered. On delivery,James spent several hours adjusting the chair to best fit my needs. Each trip to my home was a 55 mile round trip for him. His price was equal to the best price I could find on line and no extra charge for set-up or delivery. I would not hesitate to recommend his company to any family member or friend who needs any form of handicap aid from power chairs & scooters to vans or just tote bags. A real treat to do business with.
