Andrew grew up in San Diego where Vespa scooters are a popular way to get around but was too busy riding BMX bikes to focus on buying one for himself. After waiting too many years, he purchased a Vespa Primavera 150 from Vespa Portland in 2016. Ever since then, he has been a huge scooter enthusiast, and heavily involved in the Portland scooter community.
We stand behind the bikes we sell and our factory-trained technicians are dedicated to keeping your scooter on the road. We are the only factory certified service department in Oregon for the lines we sell which means we have access to proprietary diagnostic tools that are not available to other shops.
You'll never need to worry about where your Genuine Scooter has been because you're the one who took it there. There are no surge prices, sketchy drivers or glitchy apps. They run on your schedule and exact change isn't required. In partnership with Sheffield Financial, you can finance any Genuine scooter, NIU electric scooter, or G400C motorcycle for as low as 2.99% for 24 months.
Teachers, Military, First Responders, and Medical Services can save up to $500 on a new scooter!. Military, First Responders, and Teachers who purchase any Vespa or Piaggio 2021/Prior model year are eligible to receive an incentive up to $500, applied to the purchase price of the vehicle. This includes United States Army, Navy, Marine, Air Force, Coast Guard, National Guard and Reserves as well as Fire, Police or EMS.

I bought a Genuine Buddy Kick from Vespa Portland, and the experience was all-around amazing. Nathan helped me when I went to look and walked me through both the Buddy 150 (which is what I’d been planning to get) and Buddy Kick models pretty thoroughly. I had my male partner with me but Nathan was definitely talking to me the whole time, even when I asked my partner for input - should be a given but, since it isn’t for many car salesmen, I definitely noticed and appreciated it. While I did end up getting the slightly more expensive model, I didn’t at all feel like he was trying to upsell

You can go elsewhere, sure, but you’ll never get the level of care and service the crew at Vespa Portland. I have been using them for years when I bought my first Buddy. When I moved away, I got a terrible service job that when I came back they took great care in fixing. Tom was awesome dealing with that! That bike was stolen recently and when I came in to get a replacement Katy took so much time to go over my options. I had such a blast at Vespa Portland! Nathan took great care of us and was very responsive and excited for us while we were picking up our new ride. From teaching us about the bike to loading it in the back of the truck he did it all.
I just wish the building had air conditioning because it was really hot in there, but that didn’t detract from the excellent service at all.

My wife and I drove 3.5 hours to visit Vespa Portland. Nathan helped us and he was amazing. The ideal sales advisor! He knew his scoots, he knew what he had, he knew everything. Down to earth staff, gave me all the facts and lowdown on maintenance, financing, tips, and made sure there were no "surprises." Our dealer, Danny, was super patient at answering all my questions in person and over the phone. He even texted me a photo of the title so I could insure the scooter online on my own at home before coming in the next day to make the purchase and drive home.
