Prakash Nam Kaur is a natural born intuitive that has been working with the healing arts since the age of 14. She discovered Reiki during the summer of 2011 and was immediately attracted to its warmth, radiance, and powerful healing effects. Prakash Nam decided to deepen her understanding of Reiki and acquired additional Reiki Mastery certifications in the Usui Reiki Ryoho, Usui Tibetan, and Karuna Reiki systems.
In the fall of 2016 she established Cosmic Shanti, which is her own Reiki and Yoga private practice and school dedicated to energy certification courses in all levels of Reiki and other divinatory practices. Services
Reiki is a sacred Japanese healing art for the purposes of deep relaxation and wellness. The word Reiki is Japanese and translates as "Universal Life Force Energy". Reiki is the cosmic life force energy that flows through all living beings. It is a balancing, intelligent, and harmonizing energy that heals on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
Reiki 1 covers "the Beginner's Teachings" and is the journey of healing the self. Throughout the day participants will receive sacred reiju (ceremonial attunements) in the traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho and Usui Tibetan systems. Reiju activates and turns on the Reiki energy in the hands and throughout the body, attuning one to the frequency of the sacred energy and enabling the practitioner to guide and direct Reiki for the self and others.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I took Prakash's Reiki 1 and 2 courses and I am so glad I did. She was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Reiki and it really shows in her teaching. Part of her classes were at the beach and on the day of our last class we saw whales from where the class was being held- which made the experience all the more magical. I'm excited for my new reiki journey and Prakash even makes herself available to the students after the classes were finished. If you are interested in learning how to practice reiki I would sooo recommend learning from Prakash Nam! :)

Life changed because of this beautiful soul! Living in a house where 2 people had passed..we knew of 1 of them, other did not. Strange things were happening and there were rooms I couldn't enter in my own house she to "feelings." Ive never had these experiences and was desperate to feel comfortable and safe in my own home. Found Prakash Nam via yelp and so glad I reached out. The house legitimately feels lighter and like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. I always have a profound experience when I see Prakash Nam. She is an incredible healer who has taught me so much and helped me tremendously. Going through her Reiki training class, I feel truly blessed to have her as my guiding teacher and Reiki Master. Her healing is so powerful and loving.

I don't know if there is enough space here to write all the amazing things I feel about the amazing Prakash Nam (Jenn). I have taken Kundalini Yoga from her, I am being trained in Reiki by her, I have experienced a 2.5 hour long chanting meditation with her, and have had her amazing sound healing.
She is an angel on earth. Her knowledge of crystals, the zodiac, astrology, numerology, yoga and the healing arts in general are vast like the ocean. She is a true intuitive, with natural ability, besides the years and years of training she has dedicated herself to.

I found Jen when looking for a Reiki session to help with an injury. I feel so lucky to have found her. After a powerful Reiki session I found a lot of relief. She recommended taking Kundalini Yoga classes with her to help healing my body. She is an amazing teacher. Our kundalini sessions have been incredible to say the least. She is definitely a healer.

Wow! I did my first reiki healing session with Prakash and I feel like a new person now! I walked in feeling lost and not grounded with my life and after my reiki healing and tarot card reading, everything made sense for which then I started to believe in myself and became re-energized and grounded again. Great Kundalini Yoga instructor! One of my favs at Dharma Yoga house. She is kind, explains everything very well, yet provides a good workout! She also does sound baths at the end which are so lovely. I look forward to one day trying her Reiki services. You can just tell upon meeting her that she is a natural healer. She just has a glow about her.

I invited Jenn to visit us, meet my Wife and Wheaten Terrier and my Grand Daughter - and cleanse and bless our 100 year old home. Jenn is a truly gentle, lovely and powerful woman. She is a Reiki Master and her effect on us and our relationship to our home was a visceral and powerful two hours.

I saw Jenn about a month or so ago for my first ever Reiki session! I absolutely loved it. It felt like a massage for my soul and I left the place feeling like I was floating on a cloud. I went to go see Master Jenn when my emotional turmoil was at an elevated level (I couldn't get out of my head-space/ego) and I knew I wanted to get a Reiki session due to her high reputation as an energy healer. As soon as I entered her healing space, already I felt her presence calming me down and relaxing. Jenn is a great person! The very first time we met, I felt I was talking to a good friend rather than a stranger. I could open up freely about my stress and she was genuinely interested in helping me out. I also tried the reiki session with her. Irrespective of how helpful it is, I was glad I took it. I came out feeling positive thanks to the encouraging conversation I had with Jenn. I had a few helpful private yoga sessions with her but I really want to try group classes too. I'm sure they're equally good!

This was my first Reiki session & I am more than happy with my session I had with Jenn. I actually had an amazing session words cannot describe! Jenn is very loving, polite & kind and I immediately trusted her . Her healing skills left me feeling like a new person, a better person than when I first walked in. I had my first reiki session with Jenn yesterday and it was beyond-words-amazing. If you are on the fence about reiki, just have a session with her. This stuff really works! I was holding a lot of physical and emotional tension and Jenn gently helped me release it. She is very intentional with her treatments and a truly gifted healer. Not only was the session extremely relaxing, but I feel rejuvenated in a deep, deep way. I can tell it would have taken a dozen massage therapy sessions to help me release what Jenn did in one session with reiki, which is much nicer on my bank account =) I
