In the wake of the current need for social distancing, I am now offering secure, remote video sessions, accessible from computer or mobile device. What are the ways you have come to know and describe who you are? How do you know what your routine should look like, or when it is time for a change? Astrology, Tarot, and the Enneagram are some of the tools I use to help create a framework and language to describe yourself on an archetypal level.
Which tools we use and to what extent is completely up to you. Some people prefer evocative images to planets or personality types, and I would love to discover what works best for you. Maybe you want to know yourself on a deeper level, trusting your intuition and exploring your sense of connectedness.

Often we seek out therapy because we feel confused, ashamed, or powerless. We may question our values and wonder if we're doing it all wrong, or even wonder about our inherent goodness (despite how intelligent, friendly, attractive, or accomplished we have been told we are). Don't worry; this doesn't mean there's something wrong with you.
Trying to live as a man with integrity in today's world is a challenging task, but it is sorely needed. It's no secret that many men are wounded and struggling to acknowledge and heal from their wounds. The #metoo movement has helped reveal the prevalence and intransigence of toxic masculinity. We need more role models of healthy masculinity; we also need to evolve past outdated and unhelpful ideas of what masculinity is supposed to be.
Embrace both your strengths and the qualities you find challenging; all of which are valuable. The movements of the cosmos also map out rhythms and themes over the course of a lifetime. Show how certain circumstances are reflective of the collective experience of the times, while others are more individual.
