Using my multicultural knowledge and experience I tailor therapy to an individual's needs, I draw on insight-oriented, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness methods. I believe that the combination of a strong therapeutic relationship based on compassion and acceptance, along with help to identify and alter negative patterns of behavior, can lead to great change.
