Since we opened in 2002, we have grown into a recognized industry leader in the Southeast. Eric G. Anderson joined Mills Paskert Divers in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, Eric practiced with a well respected firm in Sarasota where he represented a diverse group of clients in the areas of commercial litigation and construction. He graduated summa cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts.
Ryan Baya joined the firm in 2010. Before joining Mills Paskert Divers, Ryan practiced at a large law firm where he handled various commercial litigation in both Florida and Alabama. Since joining the firm, Ryan has continued practicing in Florida and Alabama, devoting his practice to representing clients in complex construction litigation including claims involving construction defects, products liability, suretyship, and indemnity.
Brent J. Beaver joined Mills Paskert Divers in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, Brent practiced with a well respected firm in the Atlanta suburbs where he represented a diverse group of clients in the areas of commercial litigation and construction. Here, his practice is devoted to the resolution of complex commercial litigation disputes with a concentration in construction defect claims.
Dara Dawson is an associate in the firm's Tampa office. Dara joined Mills Paskert Divers in 2012 after practicing with a well-respected firm in Miami for several years, where she represented a diverse group of clients in the areas of construction, aviation, and product liability law. Here, Dara's practice is devoted to the resolution of complex commercial litigation disputes primarily involving construction defect claims and surety matters.
