I got dress shirts pressed for my wedding and one of the shirts had a cut I didn't notice. As soon as they saw it, they called me and informed me. I was able to get a new shirt, and bring it in to be pressed. The second shirt they pressed at no charge! Wonderful people here! They genuinely care!

I brought in my Canada Goose jacket that had accrued a few dark scuff stains, had no idea from where or what. This coat was 2 months old.
After contacting Canada Goose, I was told I needed to take it to a Canada Goose cleaners that specializes in cleaning their coats. Well none existed in my area.
After bringing it in to Nature's Way cleaning in Elk River they said they would give it a shot but were uncertain.
I came in following week and was greeted with a smile (as always) telling me all I needed to know. They got every single stain out! Couldn't have been happier.
