We offer FREE same day service for dry cleaning & laundered shirts that are in by our cutoff times Monday-Friday otherwise it will be ready the following day. Your order can be ready by the evening of the same day if it is in in by our cutoff time. Some items may need more time if they have heavy stains or if they have special cleaning needs.

I dropped off my down comforter to be cleaned. I received a call the day before I was to pick it up that it had been damaged. I was very upset to hear the news. However, Daphne from Pilgrim Cleaners took care of the situation and reimbursed me for my loss. I was having people over to see our bedroom which we had remodeled including a new comforter so she rushed the payment to me so I could order a new one. Things don’t always go as they are planned but due to Daphne there was a silver lining in all of this. I highly recommend Pilgrim Cleaners. If something should go wrong they will never leave
