I requested a cab at 415 am sat morning from woburn cab... i was walking to the front of my apartment building in the downpour to mmet the cab,, the driver drove by me to the back.. ok great , i had to walk to back of building i was soaked.. i flagged the driver down but was completely ignored and when i opened the car door and said ,, hey i was out front and waved u down out back,, he just shugged his frigging shoulders .. then i asked how much it was when i got to lahey hospital .. he said 15 $ rudely .. i threw the 20 bucks at him so afraid

Was told immediately upon entering the vehicle that its cash only up front and its going to be 70 dollars to ride from woburn to lawrence one way, was then told to provide directions to my destination. This same trip taken the previous day with lyft cost me 30 dollars. This could be a reason why ride share is putting taxi service out of business. Bery disappointing.

Highway robbery! Went across woburn and back and was charged 35 dollars for it! I've taken this trip before, and was charged 15 -20$. Then I was told by the driver that this was the second time today the lady in the office overcharged because age was in a bad mood. I shouldn't have to pay according to someone's attitude. Never calling again

Unfortunately I did not check out Yelp for reviews of this company before calling them for a ride. I went from the Woburn Andersen Station to my residence which is exactly 1.9 miles away. I was charged $15 for less than two miles of travel. Definitely felt overcharged. And like the other reviews, the operator taking the call for my request was very rude/ gruff/ annoyed. I felt like I had interrupted his day with my request for a taxi.

Can I give zero stars? I tried to book a ride for an elderly person, and whoever answered the phone was just about the rudest person I've spoken to in my entire life. I asked him a simple question and he quite literally screamed in my ear. I was nothing but polite to him, and I am very offended that he spoke to me like that. Never will use them again. My mother has been overcharged the two times she used them as well. Buyer beware.

Now that I've seen the ratings here I can absolutely agree that they overcharge significantly. I took a taxi from the Seaport to Woburn via Boston Cab Company and it was ~$30 pre-tip. On my way back to the city Woburn Cab Co. charged me $55 without tip! While the driver was very nice, it did not sit well when we recorded the mileage and based upon how much they charge per mile ($4) my trip should have been $32. But it's his boss who sets the rates, so I didn't have a say. Never again will I be calling them for a ride.

The owner of this cab company John Devine is the most rude,arrogant person i have ever dealt with.I hope nobody takes a woburn cab ever.His cab driver pulled away while i wasn't in the cab.Cabdriver was on the phone.I ended up on the ground.He still charged me for the cab ride.The owner could of cared less when i spoke to him.he just asked for the address where to send the check to.When i didn't recieve the check after a week,I called him back he gave me such an attitude.Hi lasts words were do you want to speak to my friend click.He hung up on me.That's a really nice way to run a

I have never heard such an arrogant and rude person. I called for a cab and expected professional services buy this company is quite lacking. I was waiting for a cab in my office I expected them to call me when they got to my work place since they never specified the amount of time I should wait. When I called them again In ten minutes to ask the waiting time for the cab, the guy on the receiver was so rude and hang up. I will never use this cab AGAIN

I took a Woburn Cab home from Anderson/;Woburn station. The fare came to $12, but the driver refused to take my credit card for anything less than $50. I wasn't carrying cash, so he insisted that he drive me to an ATM about 1/2 mile away. I cannot imagine why a company in the service business would deviate so far from standard practice and also waste the time of their customers just to get cash. I can assure you that I will not take Woburn Cab again.

I called for a cab and the woman who answered at first had never heard of my apartment complex and sounded completely annoyed about it. Without warning, she put on an older man with a gruff voice who said, where do you LIVE? I told him, at which point he asked where I was going and when. I said I needed to be at the anderson/Woburn station at 8am. He yelled back in a booming voice, NO! WHAT TIME DO YOU NEED TO LEAVE?! I was so startled I guessed 730 and he hung up. I then called back and said I would not need the cab and the same woman who answered could not have cared less. These people are
