Sunny is very reliable and communicates very well. I booked with Sunny about 3 weeks prior to arrival. He didn't take a deposit but he kept in close contact with me. He checked our flights, and that's how I found out our outbound flight was changed. He kept all lines of communications open. He did not make me feel like he would flake last minute.
My family and I were coming in at SFO and no one wants to pick us up from there. So, Sunny is all we had, and if I had to do it again, Sunny is my number 1 choice to pick me and my family up and off at SFO.

We used A1 limo service recently for my birthday. We rented it for five hours and went wine tasting. Our driver Sunny was amazing and very accommodating. Sonny provided transportation from Vacaville to San Francisco for funeral services, then to a reception in downtown San Francisco. He was professional and prompt. His vehicle was very clean, with water and glasses provided. His driving was very safe. His rate was very competitive .

I called inquiring about getting a limo to take me from a home in Fairfield to my wedding venue (also located in Fairfield), a one way trip. I was given a price and I also asked about fees. I got that said price and was not told about any automatic "gratuity". When receiving services like this I do look to tip on my own discretion once the service has been achieved. I confirmed my date and location. I also received a follow up the week before.

We went on a weekend wine tasting trip with some friends and Razan was our limo driver. He was absolutely amazing! I had such an awesome experience with Sunny! Not only is his price super reasonable for the area, but he's also very professional and accountable. He was always very quick to respond and on the day of, he arrived over half an hour before our scheduled departure time and waited patiently since my wedding part was not ready yet. The limo was very clean and stocked with water and beverages which we appreciated! Also, I requested a town car for my getaway car that night, but Sunny went above and beyond and upgraded it to a limo since one happened to be available.

Sunny hooked it up! I was referred to A-1 Limo through my sister and haven't had any issues since. Sunny was nice and courteous and showed up a little bit ahead of time so we had no issues with punctuality. Super nice and my son and all his friends said that he waited outside the whole time at their prom. He was on time. Always. Took them where ever they wanted to go. They had the limo from

Sonny is a great driver. We had Sonny drive my parents in a town car to the airport for there 50th anniversary Hawaii trip. He was wonderful and very caring. When my parents arrived at the airport from there return flight. He surprised them with a beautiful white stretched limo instead of the town car we had paid for. My parents were really surprised. What great customer service.
