I was rescheduled without being notified, I went to the appointment at 2:00 PM the doors where locked when Kayla with a very rude attitude opened after of 10 minutes she looked like she was on drugs or I just woke her up. She did not say hi, she just opened the door walked to the reception area and proceeded to tell me there was no one available to help me and that she can reschedule me! Again no, HI, no sorry for the inconvenience NOTHING!!! she was just rude. I don’t know why people are saying there is long waits. I always get right in and out. I was skeptical at first, but I was desperate to lose weight with anything affordable, since diet and exercise wasn’t doing anything for me because of my PCOS and slow metabolism. Today it's closed due to weather, 3.13.2021, please stay home and safe. Their sign read, they'll be open again on 3.15.2021. I've started coming here since about January and I'm down like 12pounds. It is honestly a change of lifestyle, not a diet. You just have to keep pushing through. There's a lot of temptation foods, for example chocolates, sweets, cupcakes, cakes and one just has to be disciplined enough to get a chocolate protein shake versus chocolate ice cream. Or a chocolate protein bar instead of a regular kit kat. It's tough. If you fall off the rail, do a fasting and get back on track

Some times they are super busy. Especially on dr visit days which are like Friday and another day. But other than that the staff is amazing! I never wait. I always get my shot Quickly. In and out. Sometimes the ladies giving you your shots are quiet or maybe tired. Some are not very welcoming but I just go for my shot no to chit chat.
The dr is amazing! I was able to speak with her and ask questions I needed answered! I did the program for two months and I’ve lost 38 pounds. I bought take home shots and they showed me how to inject them myself! Love this place and the products they have to offer

The staff is joke at this location. Including the manager.
I sat in office with her to talk about my goals for weight loss and she was rolling her eyes at me while I was telling her. She seemed more interesed in rushing me out so that she could eat the box of Dominos Pizza on her desk. This just speaks of how much they give a *&^% about weight loss services they provide or their customers.
The receptionists are a joke; uncoordinated and unprofessional speacially the one with the short hair she is the worse. This place is good if you want to burn your money. The shots of B12 and pills are a nightmare

Like others have said, this place is a joke. After you fill out paperwork and sign 20 times that basically says “this doesn’t work”, the less than stellar staff attempts to make it feel like you’re at a doctors office. Then you sit with a “consultant” who is just as fake as the whole process. So rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate, and “mean girl” atmosphere. It’s a scam. Don’t waste your time or money. Even if you get the Groupon, it’s NOT worth it. Not even worth the 1-star that I was required to give.

I just came to get my husband shot and because I was 6:54pm they didn't give him the shot because they were close really? We drove from Longmont and just because this ladies want to go home my husband who was driving from Cheyenne to longmont and get 6 minutes before the should be close now hi didn't get his shot I'm reallly upset and disappointed I'm client of this place for more then a year and never had a bad experience like this I hope the owner take this serios because I was trying to call and didn't get the phone my name is maria mendoza and I hope to hear from the owner

Parking sucks there’s only one person most days working alone. The managers are only in once a week and they’re constantly running out of supplies. The nurse is only in twice a week and the schedule is always changing. This place is ran by an unprofessional manager that creates a hostile environment for all employees not only does he exploit his MAs and receptionist he finds any way possible to not let them complete their 2 week notice and lies about how they leave. Use the groupon for the special and never go back this place is a joke.
