The worst commercial contractor our company has worked for. Disorganized and unprepared . They have been thru 4 project managers in 4 months. Each project manager goes a different direction with a different opinion . We have completed larger projects and not had to deal with their lack of communication or thier level of incompetentcy. No accolades or praise for their disastrously broken methods of work. If not being paid on many projects and completing work for them we can safely recommend do NOT ever work for Modern Construction, based in Hendersonville TN but doing business all over state of

We have been working as a subcontractor with Modern Construction for over 5 years. Their entire team (leadership, office support staff, and field superintendents) has always treated us very well. Good communication is vital in our industry and we can always count on the team at Modern to keep us informed regarding bid status or job progress/build schedules. They do quality work because they have a quality team.
