Services
The detection and remediation of concrete deterioration has become an industry unto itself. The source of the problem is primarily attributable to the brutal environment of South Florida, particularly along the coast. The air has a high content of humidity, and also a high content of calcium chloride (salt).
The Colonel, as he is affectionately known, has been in the construction and restoration business for over 30 years when immersed into the business at a very young age by his father. His passion lies in the preservation and restoration of historical buildings, particularly of those in our community.

This company replaced my 50 year old windows with Hurricane resistant windows along with two doors. Their expertise and quality of work was outstanding. The Special Forces crew was trustworthy and respectful. We received some excellent suggestions form the owner on our renovation, and the price was excellent as compared to other contractors. We were able to order windows from a firm suggested by the contractor without an added cost for materials. I plan to use this company in the future for additional work on our fifty year old home.
