Northwest Lawn and Power of Itasca provides services to residential and commercial small engine needs. This includes selling new and used equipment. There isn't anything we cannot handle! Exceptionally clean truck! Very impressive customer service. Johnny treated us like we were family and made every accommodation to our changing needs and timelines.
In order to give you a possible value on your trade-in, we need to be able to see the equipment. Bringing in the equipment is the fastest way to get paid for your equipment. During inspection we can give you a value based on the condition of the equipment. At the very least, if we cannot give you a value for your equipment, we can recycle it for you.
We pride ourselves in providing our customers with battery-operated power equipment like brands such as Ego & Toro Electric. The benefits of battery-operated equipment are as follows; doesn't emit exhaust, carbon monoxide, or unburned hydrocarbons from the onboard source of power which is better for the environment.

Had a snow blower picked up over the summer for servicing. It was returned to me and I didn't check the machine until the winter. Had a damaged choke control that was bent during transport on the trailer . Called John up and they repaired the issue same day. This is a great local business that will make sure that their customers are satisfied. I will certainly be returning next time I need some work done.

Bought a refurbished unit from them in Sept for $300. Pull started on sight and it ran fine. Pull started it at home mid December. Late December started it and engaged the blade to clear snow. Machine died after about 20 feet. Called and asked for help getting the unit fixed and they acted like it was no big deal - picked it up from me a couple days later. After a week of no word, I called - they said they are really busy & backed up on service. I mentioned it was a unit I had just bought and the woman said she'd look into it. After another week I called again. This time I spoke with someone else

Arrived on a Saturday, 45 minutes before closing. Wanted a used snow blower, but prices and selection were so good, I bought a new Toro. Jon, the owner, delivered the fully assembled unit to my house 3 hours later, and I live 20 miles away, for a small delivery charge. Great people, great prices. Great selection, when no one else had any snow blowers in stock. Prices were comparable to Home Depot and $200 cheaper than Ace, if either had them in stock.

This by far was the best customer service experience I have had in while. Tony did a great job of walking me through the process. Free pick up and delivery of the riding mower. Prompt repair of it, and a great value for the money. If you need a repair, or a new mower, or other gas powered equipment this is the place. Thank you so very much.
