We had a great experience. The service went way beyond our expectations. Rick was very knowledgeable about our Home Theater set up and went out of his way to solve our issues and offer solutions to some future projects.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Plus he showed up when he said he would. That’s a big deal these days.

I work heavily with high-stress computing for Virtual Reality and Artificial Intelligence. I contacted Rick to replace the cooling system for my Dell XPS8930 workstation. This required a full deconstruction and rebuild of the device with the new fan and cooling system in place, something which would take me days to do with my current schedule, as I'm finishing up a Master's Thesis in Audio Engineering which hinges entirely on how well my computer runs.

Rick is the man! I did my research and luckily I found him. He responded very quickly to my text and didn't take no time to come pick up my device. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me in detail what he did. He was very professional and really knows a lot about computers. He didn't charge a ridiculous price and he doesn't charge by the hour. It was one flat price and very reasonable. My computer is running great and super fast. He didn't rush off after he returned my device but actually sat and answered all my questions and made sure my device was perfect .. This guy is pretty
