Needed a new battery in my iPhone and contacted them, they were polite, knowledgeable and could have it done in less than 2 hours. He was also reassuring that he would Not lose any of my stored information as Verizon had done in the past.

Had to have the LCD replaced in our brand new Samsung phone. Dropped it off on Saturday and was ready for pick up Tuesday. Great communication and great service. Price seems on par with other shops, all parts are expensive right now especially on newer phones. Would definitely recommend and will go back if needed.

On 12/28/21. I gave a ⭐⭐⭐ review. I went into this store to see if my government free tablet cracked screen could get repaired (I knew It might not but I went in to ask) and the staff person tried and was not able to repair it. I asked about our cell phones but the price and choices was something I was not interested in doing.
12/29/21. I get a call today and the same person that helped me wanted to know what else could be done. Just because of the follow up call I changed to ⭐⭐⭐⭐. In all its still nice to get a passionate follow up and compassionate customer service.

Got a cracked screen fixed on my Google Pixel phone. They gave me the cheapest quote, so that worried me. They had to order the screen. After it arrived, took 45 minutes to fix & it works great. Couldn't recommend any more!!!!!

I went to four different phone repair company's in attempts to retrieve photos from my broken phone and each of them told me it was not possible to get my photos off of my broken phone. I went to Lifeline Repairs and Miguel said he said he would do the best he could to attempt to retrieve the photos. He was also very sympathetic concerning the situation of potentially loosing memorable photos of my children.
Lifeline Repairs successfully retrieved ALL of my photos and I am so grateful to them for their patience and dedication! I would have given them 5 stars even if the photos were unattainable

Illegitimate establishment. They sure look good on the exterior though. They tried to steal a screw from my phone that was near the charging port, but they sneakily put it back once I started complaining about other things. The metal near the charging port was bent upwards. The LCD screen on my phone is bulging out on the right side. Certain screen functions like 3D touch don't work sometimes. They take your money and leave you screwed.

These wimps closed early "due to flooding" on Monday July 22nd. It Barely rained, and it is dry as heck as I sit parked in front of their store that I ran to get to before they closed at 6. More likely someone wanted some time off and used this as an excuse not to honor their business hours.

After dealing with Sprint's mistakes for a good portion of my day, LifeLine repairs was a breath of fresh air. The man working was very kind, and personable. It took him less than an hour to replace my broken iPhone 7plus screen. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick and affordable screen repair!

Worst experience. Went for screen repair, and the store 'fixed' my screen on my iPhone 8plus and broke absolutely EVERYTHING INSIDE my phone including the buttons, charging port, capabilities of my phone. They made me come back 2-3x every week for 6weeks trying to fix it, but never were able to give me a fixed phone. Then they sent my phone off to corporate to be fixed and gave me a crappy loaner phone that didn't even work, and caused me to be out of a a working phone for greater than 3months. Not only are they unprofessional and incompetent, they didn't even reimburse me

My laptop wasn't functioning well to the point where I couldn't get it to run continuously for more than 5 minutes at a time before it crashing or freezing on me. After spending a considerable time struggling to fix it on my own, I found this place on Google and decided to give it a visit based on all the raving reviews.
Let me tell you: it didn't disappoint, far from it! I showed up at the store at 3pm on a weekend, and I got it back working perfectly that same day! Nico was superb in all aspects: very professional, knowledgeable

I went in last night for a iPhone 6s Plus screen to be replaced that was cracked and a fifth of the bottom screen was not working. I paid $130, which I thought was steep, as I had previously paid for the same thing at the price of $65 somewhere twenty minutes away - but it was convenience. I made the mistake of not wanting to backup my phone through iCloud and sticking to backing it up on my laptop every couple of months. I have Apple care so trading in my iPhone 6s that turned into a brick during Harvey for a new phone would've been free. My iPhone 6 battery was going bust, having only about a 5 hour charge. Found LifeLine, made an appointment, and got my phone battery changed within a half hour. Reasonable charge, and it would've cost me a lot more to send it to Apple and have to wait two weeks for it to return.
The only small gripe I have is the power ports are far away from the sitting area, and there isn't free wifi for customers who are waiting with their laptops or tablets. However, there are a few restaurants around the area if you want to grab a quick bite to eat while you wait for your repair.

He confirmed that the battery was the issue and told me it would take about an hour or so to install the new battery. Once I received my phone back it started functioning normally again.

I found this place on Yelp as I needed my iPhone screen repaired. I hardly write reviews but my experiences here were all top notch customer service!
They fixed my phone in about 10-15 minutes and I also purchased some accessories which the guy gave me a small discount on which was nice :) They have a nice warranty which came in handy; there was an issue with my screen a week later, but I brought it back and they gladly replaced it! This place definitely has my business and I highly recommend them!

I came in to get my Droid DNA repaired; I had cracked the screen and the LCD was shot. The main positive here is that everyone was very friendly, making sure I knew exactly what I was getting, both when I spoke to representatives on the phone and in person in the store.
