Adrian Day Asset Management offers individualized account management with personalized service. We believe in the merits of long-term, global, value investing, and that gold serves as an integral part of a risk-averse approach. We are continually searching the world for high-quality companies with long-term growth potential, selling below their intrinsic value, suitable for each client's individualized goals.
Always conscious of risk, we balance long-term exposure to high-growth investments while seeking to minimize risk.

Our investment strategy comprises three different, but complementary, elements - value, global and resources. As with all money managers we seek to provide our clients with good returns at an acceptable level of risk. We believe we can do that by searching for undervalued assets around the world, as well as by employing asset classes (such as resources) that have an ability, at times, to move contrary to the broader market.
Gold Miners May Finally Be Worth a Look(1/19/16) By Debbie Carlson for U.S. News & World Report. The Federal Reserve unleashed considerable panic in the precious metals market. While there is still some bullish sentiment in the marketplace, some market analysts say that it could take some time for gold to work through all the selling pressure.
Managed accounts have become increasingly popular among wealthy investors. With the great array of choices available to investors today and the uncertainties that come with many of today's packaged products, investors often turn to privately managed accounts.

We are mostly long-term value investors: we look for great companies selling at good prices that we can own for a long time. As such, we search the world constantly for such companies, frequently going for extended periods without finding any value. We hold cash if we cannot find good values; we do not feel any need to be fully invested at all times.
We manage only fully discretionary portfolios. You, the client, provide a limited power of attorney for us to manage your assets within your objective but at our discretion.
However, it is possible to have selected assets in an account which you have transferred to us that we do not manage; in such cases, these are set aside, and we do not follow or supervise the assets, we have no authority to sell such assets, and we do not, of course, charge fees on the value of those assets.
