Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. There was a problem with our order and they took no measures to rectify the mistake. The customer service was so bad it prompted me to actually make a YELP profile. Have never done business with an entity that treats themselves as being above the customer before coming here. Gabriela's review from earlier is not far from the truth, stay away.
