Dr Bobby and the entire staff were great. I was pretty nervous bringing my toddler in for her first dental visit but the environment they have created at this location made the entire experience fun. So much to do to keep the kids busy while you wait to be called in. Each child leaves feeling special.
I will say I was a little disappointed in having to wait over half hour after our appointment time with a 19 month old but the staff kept checking in and keeping up informed with the delays. I understand working with kids that things can get behind schedule pretty quickly.

We switched to Shine to have a pediatrician dentist for our children. Everything went well during the initial visit but shortly after all the sudden my children needed treatment after treatment after treatment. It never ended. I have taken my kids for dental cleaning every 6 months somewhere else and never been told anything is wrong with their teeth. The Dr never showed me an x-ray but said my daughter needed two fillings. We completed one side and went back to complete the other where I'm warned my child didn't do good the last visit and if she doesn't this time they can complete

A friend recommended we try this Shine Dentist that she uses for her children. I called on Monday and they had an available appointment on Thursday that worked with my schedule. I appreciated the email and text reminders.

When we arrive at the front desk staff were friendly and the front office is open with high ceilings; our 2 1/2 year-old son was interested in everything. They have a cool slide on the first floor that is quick but they cleverly placed a landing foam at the bottom to ensure a soft landing.

The front desk was really friendly and helpful. My son is super shy and not fan of new people or the dentist. The dentist was so patient with him! And my son loved the ball machine, so that helped push him through the appointment. Because of covid, most things are blocked off. I'm looking forward to going back and getting the full experience

I would give less stars if possible, one day my son took two crowns, but the bill taking the cost of three crowns, the front desk said I don't need pay that crown next time, but I still prefer to refund, she said that leadership is not there can't retreat that moment, let me go back first, they will take care the refund to my card, a month later no refund record also did not have any phone call from them, nobody remember about this, when I contact them, their interpretation is deducted at the time of insurance was the minimum charge, the extra tooth crown payment can't be refund

This is the coolest possible dental office you can
take your child to. We are new patients, and my children pleaded to come back weekly to enjoy their many activities. Additionally, Dr. Sam, provided extraordinary care to my son this past week. She was mindful of his sensitivity to nitrous during a procedure, and he left the appointment all smiles. We are so grateful to have found this practice.

I wanted to tell you how impressed I am with Shine Pediatric Dentistry.

We were supposed to have your first appt on 7/24, but my daughter was bit by a dog, so I called them on the way to the ER, they were so understanding & concerned with her well-being that they immediately took me off the schedule, with no charge. I offered to pay any late cancellation fee, but they didn't want my money.

Fast forward to today, we went for our first visit! The dental hygentist sat with us, welcomed us, & explained the whole procedure that would be done today for the cleaning. The dr went over

We recently relocated and we were thrilled to find this Pediatric dentistry! Especially with orthodontics in the same building since my 6yo has a cross bite.
I didn't realize they were a Christian business which makes it even better to me. Everyone was super friendly and genuinely kind. Dr. Mitchell was great with my daughter who can sometimes get anxious during cleanings. She chatted with her and had her so distracted that time was up quickly.
They have TVs going constantly, Great Wall decor to look at and a large "bubble wall" to watch. Also some games to play. Really clean

So thankful to have a pediatric dentist that and high-quality, but also fun and enjoyable for the kids to go to.

What an amazing fun office for the kids, but also quality dentists and hygiene assistants.

Also, so thankful that we can bring our two little ones that we adopted through the state, with State Health Care insurance, and that their insurance provider is accepted at Shine. :)

Super super place to take your kids! The dentist, the receptionist, the atmosphere. My sons first visit and he had absolutely no fear. We actually stayed about 15 minutes after his appointment as there are so many activities for the kids. He keeps asking when we are going back.

If the dentist wants to pull your child's teeth I would get a second opinion! My Visit with Shine was a nightmare! My one year old developed an infection above one of her only 6 teeth. It was the front tooth, the dentist took an xray and her teeth are all healthy and beautiful. Dr Lee proceeds to tell me the tooth should be removed because there must have been trama to the tooth. No concern for her developing speech, cosmetic nothing Just decided I needed to pull her tooth! After a second opinion I was told that is so aggressive and should be a last resort. Wow! Wow! Wow! I have 3 year old twin boys. Let's just start with that. From the time we walked in, until the time we walked out it was a great experience. One of my boys did have some teams to a tooth due to a balance beam winning as he face planted on it- so we had to get X-rays to make sure that there was no nerve damage. As this being my son that is always great with everything- he developed a fear for the dentist as soon as he had to sit in the X-ray chair. What a great practice! They specialize in children's dentistry and orthodontics and they have such a fun location with free games for the kids. The staff is sunny, and friendly as well as helpful. They take great care with each patient and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. No more anxiety for my little one! They are also very honest and don't try to push ortho before it's time. How refreshing!

My kids LOVE going to this establishment! Dr. Lee is caring with a light touch. This is a Christian business and uses some of their resources to support ministries around the world. They also have a KJV Bible in their waiting room - which is so awesome. We are fans for the duration of my kid's childhood.

All in all we had a good experience. Receptionists are all very informative and friendly. We had two dental assistants since I have two kids and we went two days in a row with both. One assistant was very friendly and great with my child. The other dental assistant I assumed was having a bad day which happens so I ignored it but when we went the next day she was still very brass and short considering she's working with young children. So that was a little disappointing. However, like I said all in all a good experience.

This is truly a 5 star place. My oldest has been coming here for the past 3 years or so and I'm now taking my youngest. This is my first time visiting myself. Hubby has been taking my oldest the whole time.

My initial reason for choosing this place was because I wanted a dentistry that specialized in pediatrics and the location was convenient and close to my home. My initial reaction when I walked in for the first time was just WOW! Very open, spacious, modern. Dr Mitchual was EXTREMELY inappropriate at our
visit. My four year old was scared of the X/ray machine and instead of treating her with kindness and understanding, Dr Mitchual yelled at her and stated "she needed to be a big girl and stop crying." As a health care provider, I was not only disgusted but outraged. This environment does not lend itself to a healthy relationship towards future dental care. I would suggest if Dr Mitchual cannot have patience with children, she should find another job.

It was our first visit here and let me say the inside is so nice! They have a kids arcade upstairs and a slide for toddlers, a super cool water bubble tank is the only way I can describe it and silly me didn't even think to take pics as it was my sons first visit. The staff are all very friendly, it's very clean. The dentist was super sweet and the assistant was also very nice! I was really impressed and will be going back and will recommend too bad they don't see adults as well lol.

Staff is always friendly and cheerful. Perfect demeanor for kids. TV'S everywhere and an arcade upstairs with video games, basketball, ice hockey and bowling game.

Awesome concept, beautiful space. The kids can play before and after their appointments, and there are flat screen tvs (not the small ones that hurt your eyes to see either) above every chair.

The play area has foosball and air hockey table, basketball hoop and skeeball! I would say they need better waiting area seating, they almost seem to plain and uncomfortable for such a fancy office.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, my minis actually didn't want to leave. I was happy to find out they do see adults for Ortho though!
