The people here are superb 👏 👌. From the walk in desk area, the doctor & to the tech helping chose your glasses. Friendly, felt like I've always went there for my eye care but it was the first time. The way they perform the eye testing is so comfortable and fun, which I've never experienced at any eye office. Special thanks to the tech, she was so helpful and patient, I appreciate how she really help me find a look to match my face & the frame shape I wanted. Dr. Lentsch and his staff are very professional. At my visit, I noticed Dr. Lentsch had upgraded the equipment used on me. His demeanor is very caring and calm and my appointment was on time and ran smoothly. His staff is very friendly and knowledgeable from checking my insurance to adjusting my glasses. I have used Dr. Lentsch’s office for several years now and I highly recommend Lentsch Eyecare.

This was the 2nd time I’ve visited this place for my annual eye appointment. I have had some quirky issues with my vision and so pleased that they take the time to really listen and address concerns. From the ease of booking the appointment to the staff interactions and doctor, I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. I have no hesitation recommending their services.

It's been a LONG time since I've been for an eye exam and after moving from Michigan I've been looking for a new place.
I found them online and decided to give it a shot.
From the first phone call to the meeting I was met with the best customer service!

I had an emergency appointment for my daughter today due to the lack of compassion with her Physician's office. I was greeted by the receptionist Roma that helped me through the process of getting my daughter seen right away. We met Dr. Lentsch. He was professional and caring for my daughter's eye injury. He did more for her than the hospital. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND his office.

This clinic is amazing. Everyone was so charming and kind, Dr. Lentsch was very competent but in a noncondescending manner that few doctors have. The eye tech who started me off was amazing too, we clicked and I feel like we'd be great friends. In fact, that is the vibe this whole clinic has, like everyone would be a great friend, highly recommended, excited for when I get to go back!

The way I was treated by Dr Lentsch and his staff was nothing short of stellar. They were very kind and attentive. The exam was very thorough and Dr Lentsch and his staff made sure every thing was explained every step of the way. Another surprise was the costs of my new glasses. I had been going to a discount place for over a decade. The pricing here with highline lenses and designer frames was less than the discount place! I highly recommend Dr Lentsch and Lentsch eye care!

This place was fantastic! Over the past 8 years I have struggled to find a decent eye doctor. I have finally found one that is beyond decent! Dr. Lentsch and staff were amazing. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. On top of the excellent customer service, I was in and out of my appointment in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Lentsch Eye Care.

The Dr and staff were fabulous. So nice to find a non chain provider. The friendliness and personal care far beat the "puppy mill" chains. Every pair I ever got from the chains broke. I have never had that problem at Lentsch Eye Care. The screws have never worked loose, the nose piece has never come off, I couldn't be happier with a provider and will be a customer for life.

Having recently moved to the area and in need of all new doctors, I've had the spectrum of experiences. Only two of which I'm without words as to how happy that I am. My son's ENT, and Dr. Lentsch. I can't say enough about how good he is, how well he answered every question that I had, and how I in no way felt rushed like he was trying to get through my exam to get to another person. Other aspects that are worth mentioning: ** All the staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. ** My appointment was on time and I didn't have to wait beyond the scheduled appointment.
