MIke and his team at LPB were, in a word, exceptional. I've used scores of contractors and this was the first time I could say I was completely pleased. They installed a new deck in our backyard with three sets of stairs. They were meticulous, diligent, and friendly. Communication was transparent, timely and clear. You could tell everyone on the team aimed to please. Solid. I recommend them highly.

Mike's team removed an old pool deck and constructed a new one. His team is extremely professional and personable. Mike kept me informed as the project progressed and always provided me accomplishments and timing to complete. They cleaned up each day and kept the yard from getting destroyed. Mike provided us options for colors, styles and structure. All around a great team to work with.

The crew was very professional and considerate. It was easy to communicate with LPB Construction. The job was done in a timely manner with attention to details. I have two young kids who loved peeking their heads into the kitchen to see the workers and the crew did not mind.

LaPonza Construction installed our large, custom deck and shed. The guys were very professional and talented. They left the job site clean and ready to go the next day. We were impressed by their level of communication. We had a small issue with our custom, metal railing, but this was resolved quickly and with an improvement to the original plan. We through a couple of curves at them in the middle of our project and they took care of those with no issue. Highly recommend Mike and Matt for your construction projects.
