As the colder months set in I find myself reluctant to want to leave the house.
My little dog needed his medicine from the Veterinary Office, I Really Didn't want to go outside.
I called Mr. Taxi, the driver went to the Veterinary Office, picked up my little dog's medicine and brought it to my house.
I appreciate you all for going above & beyond for me during these rough times.

Called on Friday morning for a taxi. Their location was just over one mile away. They said it could take up to 30 minutes. I wasn't thrilled but said okay and gave them my phone number and contact information. I got interrupted and then checked my phone. I thought the phone call was over, but wasn't 100% sure. Looked like the call was still active, but couldn't hear anything on the other end for a long time. I should have made sure, but I figured they got on the other end had already left, so I simply ended the call. Waited 30 minutes and no taxi. Tried to call and no answer. Voice

Worst taxi service in Spokane Washington. It's not even a question. I set up a ride four hours ago while in a different city, was given a price and then I was picked up halfway there I mentioned the price I was quoted and the driver turned around and brought me right back to the airport because of the miscommunication between whoever's running the phones and the driver. I hope you develop cancer everyone in your company

I contacted Mr Taxi for a ride to the airport and even called again to confirm the date and time two days before the scheduled ride. The day of my scheduled ride Mr Taxi never came, I called 5 times and no one answered. I did not have another ride or way to get to the airport and therefore missed my flight due to Mr Taxi never coming to pick me up. I still have yet to hear from them for an apology or reason for them not to come. They are unreliable, do not use this service.

I called for a cab and was told it would be 45 minutes before he could get to me. I really just wanted to get home so I waited almost an hour and then called again to see why I hadn't been picked up and the driver proceeded to tell me he had gotten side tracked and was in the middle of another ride and it would be ANOTHER 45 minutes before he could get to me. In my opinion not the way a business should be handled. If you can't get to someone just say so instead of leaving them sitting there when you had no intention of showing up. Was reassured the day before when booking a reservation that someone would pick us up at 4 am to catch an early flight, but no one showed. I called and texted the cab company and no response.
We decided to try this company out because of the good reviews; however, we did not experience that at all. I would not recommend this taxi company if you are looking for reliability and professionalism.
It is now five hours after I texted the company and have not had any response or any kind of apology not that it would do anything at this point.

The driver wasn’t particular nice even when I called to order the cab. He took a phone call with his hands while driving and speeding. He threatened to drop me off on the side of the road when I asked not to do this. He called me entitled and continued to berate me the entire car ride. I didn’t want to give him my exact address due to this reason and he wouldn’t allow it. Somehow he can drop me on the side of the road but dropping me at a restaurant is inexcusable? Do not use this service if you’re a young female traveling alone or don’t want to be harassed.
