Best taxi in Spokane. I called a day ahead to set up a ride for my parents to the airport. They were right on time early in the morning at my folks' place. I was able to prepay for the ride. Then we were able to coordinate a ride for my parents on their return to Spokane. My parents are in their 90s, it means a lot to have the help for them when needed. Their flight was delayed, and the driver waited. Very considerate and called to make sure everything was OK. I wanted to tip him extra but he would not accept it. GREAT GUYS!

Terrific service! Called the night before for a ride to the airport at 4:15am and driver showed up 5 mins ahead and was an easy 10 min ride to the airport. Made my morning a breeze as well all know how going to the airport can be a pain!
Did tell him I tip well on the phone and well maybe that helped but I did as I said I would cause they held up their end of the job!

This is the best and most reliable Taxi in Spokane possibly all of Wa and I would recommend there service to anyone. Living three states away Was going to make for a long pick up trip. Instead This reliable taxi picked up my friend and brought them to a motel by greyhound they saved me quite a trip and I'm thankful

I used DAJ Taxi once before without problems. However, this most recent experience with them will be my last.
I called ahead to schedule two rides: one taking me to the airport and one picking me up from the airport. On the morning of my departure, the taxi did not show up at the scheduled time. A few minutes later, the driver called to say he would be there in "7 minutes."
Nearly 30 minutes late, the taxi showed up (with one headlight out) and told me, "Don't worry, I'll drive fast and get you to your flight on time." To the contrary, we were passed on both sides by other vehicles the whole

Excellent service DAJ taxi Cab! Made a reservation for a trip from my House to Spokane International airport, and got a call ten minutes early saying he was there. Professional drivers and clean cars. I might have hard time understanding some drivers, but they are the best. Flat reasonable rates to most areas and convenience of card payments. Will definitely use again..

Awesome cab company! I used DAJ Taxi yesterday and was thoroughly satisfied. I only use cabs once a while but yesterday ride was really enjoyable to the point that I get a ride with the same cab to go back home.My driver was extremely nice and very professional.. I highly recommend DAJ Taxi Cab, I even stored their number in my phone,and will only use this cab company starting from now..

I used the online service to book a cab with no problem but decided to exercise some good judgment and call back to confirm after a few hours when I didn't receive any notification. When I called I was told that no reservations would be taken on New Years Eve, which I can live with, but since I hadn't been notified of this policy I feel that I was left out to hang in the wind. Good thing I called. Anyhow, I won't use this business in the future.
