Cafe Zazzle
Our hours have temporarily changed: Tuesdays through Saturdays 12pm until 8pm! Take-out & limited indoor & outdoor seating available! According to Roget's Thesaurus there are five synonyms found for Zazzle: Appetite, hankering, hunger, longing and penchant. We hope to satisfy all of our customers' Zazzle-like needs with our diverse menu!

Our menu a range of influences - Asian (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Thai), Italian and the American southwest. But no dish is a strict interpretation from any one culture, rather a fusion of flavors from these influences; much like the cultural influences that have shaped California. Our food is fresh and prepared to order.
Services
A combination of red & green cabbage shredded with carrots, scallions & jicama in a deliciously different dressing! This is not deli-style slaw! Hearts of romaine tossed with our house-made croutons, parmesan cheese & our sensational caesar dressing ( & yes, it has raw egg in it)! Mixed baby greens, grated jack cheese, corn, blackbeans, avocado & salsa with a spicy cilantro-jalapeno dressing!
Two grilled mushroom fritters on a bed of arugula tossed with Zazzle vinaigrette & garnished with capers & shaved Parmesan & lemon aioli on the side! Grilled tri tip with romaine lettuce, roasted red peppers, grilled onions & gorgonzola cheese tossed with our Zazzle vinaigrette & wrapped in a spinach tortilla!
Your choice of a cup of delicious home-made soup, a fresh green salad with our vinaigrette dressing &/or a yummy 1/2 quesadilla! Grilled chicken breast, fresh spinach, red bell peppers, green onion & bean sprouts dressed with our delicious miso vinaigrette & wrapped in a spinach tortilla! Of course, it's served with a side of Zazzle slaw!
Cafe Zazzle offers some of the freshest and tastiest food selections in Petaluma.or in California for that matter. The menu offerings are eclectic and there is surely something everyone, vegan or not, to enjoy. It's a wonderful place for a leisurely lunch. A quick get away. We were looking for something not a burger.
Due to the current Shelter in Place Mandate we are only doing take-out Tuesdays through Saturdays 4pm until 8pm! We are donating $700 to Food for Thought this year! Ten years ago we opened a restaurant where Polly Ann Bakery had been since 1926! We weren't sure how the community would receive us, our menu being very different at the time.

Zazzle never gets old. Such a great variety on the menu...always something for everyone. Mexican, Asian inspired, wraps, salads...all of it is great!! A Petaluma classic at this point. Consistent great food and a cozy spot on Kentucky

Five because tasty food and generous portions, A LOT of GF and vegan options, attentive staff doing the extra during crazy times.

We enjoyed GIANT portions of Thai Peanut Noodles $14.25, and Slippery Noodles and Chicken $15.75. It was enough for 4 people so we took half home for the next day!! We also took a key lime slice $7.25 served with whipped cream and the whole thing was silkey and just sweet enough.

They were not running specials but if you go, try to get the mushroom fritter appetizer, when we were there last year we took one bite and ordered another immediatly. They offered 3 inside

Really good food and novel offerings. We have been going for many years - even through pandemic (They are very careful.). Only disappointment is they don't utilize organic salad ingredients - or we would be more regular. Located across the street from our favorite bookstore.

My meal was good and I want to try other items. I had the Beef Fajitas and Noodles.

My wife is a vegetarian and had the Veggie Delight. Could have used a bit more flavor but it was good.

My son had a bowel of Noodles with Wontons that he liked also.

All the menu items look very creative making me want to come back and try something else. Great Service, even with COVID. If you want to try something different, this is the place.

It's hard to understand why this restaurant still has interior space thats empty when they have the opportunity to put tables out and continue their excellent service. Maybe they just don't have the staff.
Important note: most Petaluma restaurants and businesses are closed Mondays and Tuesdays right now, But Zazzle is actually open on Tuesdays and closed on Sundays as of the time of this writing. No photos, my phone was charging!

The apricot chicken wrap has always been my favorite, and it continues to be excellent. Would love to get the recipe for their apricot sauce, which could bottled

My husband and I split the apricot curry wrap and it was delicious.

We stopped to grab a bite while we were going through town. We were both super satisfied overall with the service and the food. The menu looked great- lots of creative food options.

Wonderful cute cafe along one of the main streets of Petaluma. We enjoyed the veggie delight soup and cannot say enough about the tasty broth. It definitely was delicious! The service was also great. A spot to stop in and you won't be disappointed.

Let me tell you a little story. Today, as I was driving through town, I turned onto Kentucky street, because I like to peek at my favorite businesses and restaurants. See how they're doing, that kind of thing.

Anyway, as I passed by Zazzle, I thought to myself, "Huh, their Green Curry Noodle thing sounds good right now, too bad I already have plans to make curry for dinner... oh well" and I drove off.

I am now currently eating a delicious curry on my couch at home, but what is stuck in the back of my head you ask? Green Curry noodle from Zazzle.

So now, I sit here questioning

I almost missed this place when looking for lunch a few days ago since it came up way down list of "near me" places on Yelp although I was directly in front of it?!?
I ordered the "Asian Wrap" with added tofu and had myself a nice lunch with a full half wrap left over for later. The tahini-based sauce with plenty of veg and tofu made for a substantial meal. It is served with a generous side of their slaw, which was crunchy and tasty. I appreciated that I was asked ahead of time if a mayo-based dressing was acceptable as they could make it vegan. I had the regular dressing and

Mixed review, but I'll for sure be back!! This was my first visit/takeout. The people seemed great and I love supporting local.

I ordered the curry wrap, which I think just didn't travel the 5 blocks back to my house well. Based on pics here on yelp along with descriptions, I assumed this would be a fresh salad-y type wrap (aka cold!) and wanted something super fresh. It was so warm/hot that all of the lettuce was wilted by the time I got home. It was soggy from sitting in the dressing/hot ingredients, and was really messy to eat.
I loved the coleslaw. Absolutely loved the flavors

This is one of my go-to places for vegan food in Petaluma. I honestly always get the same thing (peanut noodles) because it's so good, but everyone I've ever brought has been thrilled by their meals.

Oh, and for non-vegans: try the key lime pie! That might be the thing I miss the most about eating dairy

My first time here was the Saturday before Mother's Day. I won't get into the details but it was a sad day for me and on top of that I was about to murder someone I was so hungry. So I was riding (my motorcycle, yea I am really cool;) all through out Petaluma stopping at places not wanting to eat anywhere until, dun dun dun I found this place.
The staff not just super friendly but also very attractive (big eye bonus) helped me pick my first dish an apricot curry chicken wrap with a side of zazzle slaw. Holy F$@K FIRE! The apricot dressing of more of a jam consistency but not as sweet
