Had Brian out to winterize my system did not even use his air compressor he said I didn't need it he was extremely rude and even had an odor of alcohol I was charged 120 to remove my backflow he says that is all he could do beware people I had another company come out and blow out my lines for 60

I contacted Spencer's Sprinkler Repair via text at 6:30 a.m. before I went into work and I got a response within minutes. They had me scheduled for my repair for the next day. In this summer heat, timeliness can save the lawn. They were very accommodating, responsive, reasonably priced and polite. I got a text confirmation with a link to an overview of the services that were expected to be provided. This was accessible right on my phone. Super convenient. This company is very thorough and professionally run .

I had a broken sprinkler line. Dug up where it was leaking and found multiple lines that crossed. This was right near the driveway concrete pad. Decided it was more than we wanted to handle, and called Spencer's. They came out within a couple days and solved my problem. Not inexpensive ($200) for a job I'd uncovered and took less than an hour, but they were efficient and got it fixed and the dirt and sod covered back over.

While it's a hectic time of year, I was able to get a quote from Jesse relatively quickly. He scheduled Bryan to come and install a hose bib and a new zone for our drip system. He came and was very helpful in figuring out the best location for the hose bib and answered any and all questions that I had during the process, including outside of the current project. When I had a concern about the job, he came back right away to resolve it. Jesse and Bryan were both very competent and helpful!

Horrible experience! We kept getting text messages saying he was going to come, but the day of the appointment would come and we would get a new text changing the appointment to a new day. This happened 3 times. We told them we had a broken pipe. When he finally came he didn't have a new pipe so he had to go get supplies...when he finally "finished" the project, three day's latter, the pipe burst again when we turned the system on. (It also burst two other times when he was still at the house.) Finally, we figured out how to fix it ourselves, cleaned up the huge mud puddle and mess that he left

They luckily had a cancellation on the day after I texted them. They quoted me a reasonable price and didn’t leave me guessing how much it was going to be. The service man (Bryon) came, discovered the problem we were having with our leaky sprinkler system (it turned out to be something other-and worse- than we had thought), kept us informed about the repair needed, fixed it, and cleaned up after himself. He was very professional and friendly the whole time. The next day when it was time to turn the sprinklers on and check to see if they worked, they didn’t. When I contacted Bryon, he came out

I hardly ever leave reviews but these guys blew me away. After I had a fence installed and the fence guys broke up and pulled out a bunch of sprinkler lines, I called the guys at Spencer's and they were out to give me a quote the next day. A few days later they sent out Duke, who I assume is employee of the month every month, and he got all six of our sprinkler zones fixed up by the end of the day.
Very happy with price, product and customer service. Would not hesitate to call again.
